This is a mostly complete list of my notes on what has happened:
Short version for those who don't want to read the whole thing:
ordered mats from Tiffin Athletic Mats (tiffinmats.com/ )
They lied to me for over 3 months about when I would get my mats and did nothing to correct the matter, I had to call and argue with them almost every day. Eventually people got fired for lying to me (that’s what they said) and I finally got my mats.
I was promised over and over again to get a partial refund on the shipping and they told me over and over again that the refund was sent to me. Finally got the refund and deposited it on Jan 28, 2015
Today I find out the deposited had bounced, but “luckily” I got a call from Angie at Tiffin who said they would send me another check including my bank fees, but they refused to overnight it and then made it seem like it was my issue and not their and got upset because I used adult language. Yes I’m upset I’ve been lied to for 4 months now, I think I have a right.
Just got a call from Mr. Tiffin the owner himself and he starts yelling at me saying I can’t talk to his staff that way, he doesn’t want to talk / ignores me when I ask about the way I’ve been treated. Wants me to cuss at him, so I do a few times and then I still ask why he has done nothing to correct the problem. He ignores me and then threatens to call my staff and talk to them the same way… at which point he hangs up.
My need to start talking to legal counsel again to see what my options are, because right now I have no faith in ever seeing the refund, but feel I’m owned a lot more than a partial “refund”.
Figured I put this out there to let people know so hopefully you can avoid the problems I’ve had.

Zero stars for these crooks. Dan tiffin should be in jail. Begs to question who's political campaigns he contributes too considering that he is know thief. I order $14,000 in mats and never received them. They dont answer calls or emails. LIES< LIES AND MORE LIES when you do talk to them.
How many people are they going to rob. The state of Maryland should be ashamed of their justice system.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IT HAS SOOOO MANY BBB COMPLAINTS. I too ordered mats, was lied to and overcharged on my CC. NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! Avoid this company like the plague!
