I can sympathize with the person who was ripped off by the binary options broker. Here is how this works. There are mailer companies like getaresponse.com, aweber.com and others who have products that that require affiliates to send out mailers on the list provided to solicit a person to click on a link that will take them to a video that promises to make you rich. In my particular case I received an email asking me to view a video which I did which was created by Aaron Williams and Rick Vicari. They are co developers of a software that auto trades binary options at the broker they select. They make outrageous claims of guaranteed profits and even saying that we will make big money and even inferring becoming a millionaire. They base this guarantee on being founders of the BTA, Binary Traders Association. The rules of the association are that a trader must have a verified track record of at least 2 years showing a win percentage of winning 8 out of 10 trades or 80% wins. I took the bait and clicked the accept tab which took me to the application and payment section and funded a brokerage account in the amount of 300.00 using my bank debit card. Only then do you know which broker you are assigned too. When I logged into their site I immediately looked for their app which they call Safe Trader App. By the way, that is the title of the video. I did not find this app so I went to live chat and asked about that They had no idea what that app was and had no idea who Aaron Williams or Rick Vicari was. This worried me and decided to request a withdrawal in the amount of 300.00. This was on a sunday and trading began on Monday. My request was rejected. I was told via live chat that the brokerage has no power to give a withdrawal and i would have to go to the 3rd party (i.e Aaron Williams and Rick Vicari for instructions on how to get a withdrawal..If anyone knows how to reach these two characters the please let me know..I attempted to contact the affiliates that send out the mailers using getaresponse.com etc which were several but not one person responded. I asked getaresponse to help but said they could not help me..After many complaints at live chat I got a call from a gal from the new york office. She didnt call me about the problems I was having but rather to get me to fund my account in the amount of 2000.00 so she can help me trade and make money..She had no time to hear about my problems and we got into a heated arguement. Not too long after that I got a call form a guy who was also a broker and he as well tried to get 2000.00 from me and had no idea who Aaron or Rick were.. I then went to my bank and put in a claim to get my money back. I had this lady agent place a call to tiger options on a conference call and we got to speak to a Mr Pierson. She asked for our money to be withdrawn and after hearing me retell my story he hung up on us..Yesterday I got a call from a lady broker and she also tried to pull more money from me..Today I spoke to a mr atkins who said he has tried to help me by leaving messages for Aron and Rick to call him but was unsuccessful. He said he understands my frustration and to make up of it he said they have a new program that for anyone investing 5000.00 within the next 20 minute will be creating an account that is guaranteed not to lose money. That was the last straw. In the mean time I have sent a complaint to the my states attorney generals office and the the CFTC which regulates this broker..I don't know how effective they will be but I do think that eventually my bank will se the scam that is occuring and will make good the 300.00.SO.............A WARNING TO THE WISE.........Under no circumstance,no matter how iniviting it may seem, do not , do not, do not, pay attention to any mailers that are sent out by affiliates trying to get you to view a video that has anything to do with binary options or binary options brokers. The only time I say you can accept any offers is if payments are made through pay pal/clickbank which puts out those products.Click bank is good at honoring their money back guarantee.

After some purposely misleading advice I found I could do better relying on my own research and instincts. But when I needed to withdraw some funds I got no response to my requests or emails. My withdrawal has been 'pending' since December of 2014 (it is now May 2015).

TigerOptions.com is a rip-off!

Whoever posted their situation on September 1, 2014 is exactly correct. I have had a withdrawal 'pending' since December 2014 (it is now May 2015).

I opened an account with the broker TigerOptions.com deposited $2000 and was promised risk free trades, at the first session the broker made a trade and made me some money all the way up to $5460.00, this was what i called the trust trade, then they purposely made the next 4 trades losers and wiped me out and would not return my calls, could not get in touch with anyone there to recover my money always got the runaround and seems noone is in charge. I tried getting my money back to no end and can you believe they wanted me to deposit even more money to try and get my money back. well this really topped the caper so i went to my bank and filed a dispute on the grounds of fraud and presented my evidence of the so called Silver membership that was breached.
