On 12/08/11, I talked with an employee by the name of Mike about selling our timeshare at Hilton Grand The Bay Club at Waikoloa Beach, Hawaii. Listened to what he had to say, but, didn't go into a contract at that time.
On 01/04/12, After discussing it with my husband, I talked to an employee at the company, Rebecca Geiger, and we had decided to go into a contract with her at that time. At that time I paid the initial $300.00 with the agreement that after the sale of our timeshare the other $300.00 would be paid.
On 01/05/12, I recieved 3 different emails from Genni Edwards via DocuSign. The first was sent at 2:06 PM and was titled: "Welcome to Timeshare Lifestyle AD#42499". The second was sent at 2:53 PM and was titled: "Completed: Welcome to Timeshare Lifestyle AD#42499". The final one was sent at 3:39 PM and was titled: "Please DocuSign this document: Gerling.pdf".
The below is the emai I receuved from Rebecca Geiger on 01/05/12 at 1:27 PM
