They added a buy back option if they didn't sell my timeshare after 10 months as agreed in the contract. But off course I had paid thousands and they only offered me a few bucks to buy it from me. At the beginning when they make the negotiations they claim to buy the timeshare close to what I had paid for. I was so foolish to think they would do that. If you see the company or any resale timeshare companies that ask for any up front fees, it's a SCAM.

I was asked to pay $995 for them to list my timeshare and if it didn't sell, they would buy my timeshare for the fair marked value after the 10 months was up and it hadn't sold. Its been over 12 weeks now and I have received an offer. The receptionist says it will take 12 weeks or longer. This is a scam. They offer a price of less than $100 to buy it.
