Bought 4 tires and received free alignment. Car ran perfect. Received postcard to have tires rotated 4 months later. Tech drove car in bay and came in lobby 10 minutes later telling me I needed motor mounts. I told him to rotate my tires and pull my car around. When I left, my car drifted to the left. Went back and told tech. He said all he did was rotoate my tires and maybe I had radial pull. I took my car to the TD I bought the tires who rotated the tires and said my motor mounts were so bad that he was afraid to test drive the car. My car drifted to the right after I left 2nd TD. I emailed a VP about me experience and received a call from someone who said they were from the district office. I met him at the Brentwood store and he test drove my car a started giving me a list of things he noticed wrong with my car that had nothing to do with the drifting problem. When we get back to the TD, he starts wiggling my front tires telling me I need tie rods and that he couldn't align the car unless I got them replaced. I told him my car was running fine until I brought it into TD Brentwood and refused to let them do motor mounts. I asked him why would I let them do motor mounts or get under my hood when they can't even rotate my tires without causing a problem. My biggest problem is their arrogance. They believe no one else knows about car repair and that everyone believes their diagnosis even when their diagnosis is wrong. I told the district guy I would make it simple for him. My car was runing fine, I took it to Tire Discounters, it drifts to the left and wobbles, and they wont align it unless I get expensive repairs , even though the car was not drifting or wobbling before I took it to them.
I wouldn't go back to Tire Discounters if they were giving away free tires.
