ORDER WAS SENT TO WRONG POSTOFFICE AND SENT BACK A MONTH LATER THEY HAVE MY MONEY BUT ON CIGAR FOR ME CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD WANT CALL BACK HAVE CALL TIME AND TIME AGAIN ALSO EMAIL IS THIS A RIP OFF COMPANY
This company will not return your phone calls or e-mails -they where out of the tubes so they put my whole order on hold when they have my phone number - this has set me back 5 days just trying to get my order out-owner stated they call everyone back , needs to be able to take phine calls i will use bnb tobacco from now on. quanah tx.
Had no problem with this company for my first six orders. Number 7 was not so lucky. I ordered 11pounds of Dean's tabbaco and received nine. I called them and was put on hold for 15 min. Then I was told to leave a voice mail. When they returned my call, some lady told me to send a email. (Really). I said to her, can't I just give you my order number and take care of this now. So she did and put me back on hold for another ten min. When she came back she told me they would investigate and let me know. They questioned my integrity, and lost me as a customer forever. The box I received was completely stuffed. I believe whoever filled my order used too small a box, and when everything I ordered would not fit, they said screw your order I am not getting a bigger box. Weather or not I get my 2 missing bags of tabbaco is irrelevant, when you tell a multiple ordering customer you have to investigate, you are calling them a liar. I am done with them.
