We moved into our home about 18 months ago and it had been completing remodelled. Especially the bathrooms. Until recent we had not used upstairs back bath. Once we started to use regularly the toilet would stop up each time solids were flushed. We called several plumbers and most recently Tom Drexel. After explaining a snake was not a resolve any other tiMe. They snaked which took about 12 minutes and charged $100. I called the manufacturer and they told me I needed to reset the settings. They also said this is common knowledge with plumbers on certain brands and completely unethical and dishonest not to provide this information. I spoke with a plumber friend out of state and he said this company's action was blatant, unethical, and completely shady. I called the company and explained the situation and no resolve. The cost of snake would have replaced the toilet. I'll never use them ever again. Lesson 1: contact manufacturer Lesson 2: this company would have much more respect to be honest and conduct an honest business !! SHADY.
