I have purchased 2 vehicles from Tom Masano both from different dealerships of theirs. My first expierence was horrible I had the sales lady call me a liar because I was young and had really good credit she didn't believe that I had as many loans paid off as my paperwork showed. I ended up getting a load for my vehicle elsewhere then she was very nice when I came back with a check. Needless to say that car was a joke within the first 2 weeks of owning it my check engine light came on because of my catalitic converter being bad they told me they would not fix it because it wasn't covered under my warranty. Ended up finding out there was a recall on it so Volkswagon fixed it for free. Then about a month later my car flooded cause the sunroof weather stripping was bad they told me they couldn't help me with that either my car ended up being filled with mold and I had to pay to have everything inside replaced so my newborn son and I didn't get sick. Now I thought I would give them a second chance I went to their Mazda dealership and purchased a beautiful 2010 certified preowned Mazda 3 hatchback that I was advised anything that went wrong with it in the first year would be fixed no charge to me. Here I am a few months later and what do you know I opened my sunroof and the weather stripping is all dry rotted falling off. I went right to the dealership when I noticed it and the gentleman that sold me the car advised this would be fixed he was so apologetic stated he's never seen this before took pictures and everything. I am afraid to wash my car or leave it in the rain for fear of it flooding my car again and they advise me this is cosmetic and they will not fix it. I am just all around disappointed with this dealership! Both of my expierences tell me that they will do anything to get you into a car but once they have their money everything they advised at purchase time goes right out the window.
