This company Tonaderm brain wash you thinking it would cost little on trial before you like what you get a product..The price that Id never thought seeing $200 dollars as full price in the end on the banking statement.

The company of Tonaderm is scamming out on vunerable women. I want to see the company to be stopped and the people in this company need to be held accountable or jail for scamming out on women before telling them the real price is on the product.

The order was placed on the 29th and supposedly shipped on the 31st I didn't receive it until the 8th of April and on the 12th they had already charged my account $94 and $98.

They know that people will not think of the 14 days being that they receive it so close to the end of the trial. Do not Fall for the Trickery. It's just a slick way to rip people off. But good thing there is an internet. Teaches me to check on scams before trying .

I received an offer on Facebook for a free trial of TonaDerm Age Repair Solution and TonaDerm Anit Aging Moisturizing cream. This free trial was free with only a $4.95 dollar shipping charge for each item. I signed up for this and then a month later received a charge on my credit card for $98.14 for each item. Then a few days later I was sent another box of each item in the mail which I did not order. Tried reaching this company by internet with no luck and then tried to call the companies to have the charges removed fromo my credit card statement again to no avail. I sent the two packages back, unopened and marked refused. I wonder if I will still get billed for them and I want the first two charges removed from my credit card and do not want any more items or charges from this company.

The website advertise $4.95 trial, but does not make obvious that if you don't send back in 14 days it's $206 and auto re buying. The 14 days is almost over by the time the trial dates are over. It's definite case of deceptive sales marketing!! They are trying to be deceptive on the cost of product and shady re-ordering process...avoid at all costs.

Face book had an advertisement for an anti-aging cream appear on my home page. It stated that it was a ""free trial"" and all you had to pay was shipping and handling. There was nothing in this ad that led me to believe that it was any more than a free trial. 2 weeks later my bank account was debited for $98.14 and I just found out that I became in enrolled in their program at that time. My first clue that this was a bogus company was the grammar when the directions stated ""directions on use"". I finally went to their website where the terms were explained---although not clearly. So, today, approximately 30 days after I had received the product, I called and was placed on hold for 26:14 minutes before speaking to a representative. I requested a return merchandise authorization and was asked ""has the product been opened?"" Well, how can I participate in a ""free trial"" if I don't open the package???? The representative informed me that I had a two week free trial and by opening the package and going beyond the free trial period I had agreed to the terms.

1. I think Facebook should be more selective of who they allow to advertise. This company is a total joke!

2. There is no way anyone would agree to a trial offer, and not use the product

3. They need to make it clear they will be debiting your account 98.14 for a 1 oz jar of cream when you agree to the trial--clearly and upfront.

4. Any company that puts you on hold for 26 minutes at a time definitely has a lot of unhappy callers or they don't exist at all and hope that you get tired of holding and hang up.

It appears there has been a lot of research put into how to defraud people in this product promotion.

They need to be stopped and I need my money back. Unfortunately, the representative informed me that I could not return the product because ""I agreed to the terms of the contract"". What is ironic, after reading their very-difficult-to-find webpage, it is my understanding that I would automatically receive this product every thirty days---it has been 30 days and I have no product.
