I hired this company because there was a general contractor license listed. However the GC does not operate the business. Aileen M. Rodriguez has her own business, Rodriguez Interiors. She lets her husband, Tony Rodriguez and his friend Fabrizzio Aragon use her license to soilicit business. They are good at solicting business but based on the BBB compalints, nd public records, they do not deliver as promised. In my case, they installed tile that was defenctive. It was manufactured in China and started chipping immediately. They installed a pass thru window that was the wrong color and opens in the wrong direction. Its useless. They left everything unfinished. They got paint on my furniture and ruined my side yard while mixing batches of cement. They cracked the granite while installing the window. They broke a pocket door. They only worked on Saturdays, When Aileen Rodriguez finally came to see all the damage, after two and a half months of phone calls, she agreed to fix it and even put it in writing, but we never saw/spoke again. She hired an attorney and refuses to talk to me and still Nothing has been done to fix the damages. The last straw was they put a lien on my property (which is meaningless) but it shows their mindset. Check Public records and see how many times they do this! Fabrizzio Aragon is a liar and very sneaky. He paid the poor illegals minimum wage to lay the tile and pocketed the $10K for himself. In the end it has been very costly and will get more costly as we proceed to court.
