If you want a nightmare of a customer do not provide snow removal for Mike Kropp out of Franklin.
Why would a professional business person be writing stuff like this. Answer, well of course, Tony is not professional and he and his wife Mary Beth have a history of attacking past clients who he has screwed over as well as past employees he has screwed over. This is what they do best. They should put this effort into their business!
Here is the rest of the story and the truth behind Tony Tomasino wasting his time making these posts. If you even take the time to read any of his posts against past clients and employees you would have to ask yourself why would anyone ever hire this guy and his company. They are truly unbalanced! That's being nice about it!!!
He will tell you what he wants in your snow contract, and then weasel down the actual price, have his neighbors plow then lie about that they did- yes i have pictures of the snow plow marks on the patio sunshine- SNOW BLOWER USED BY YOUR NEIGHBOR JERK NOT A TRUCK- YOU CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE DUMMY!
The problem is/was that Tony will tell you one thing and then write something that is completely different then what he just told you. So, I asked him several times to write the contract with the same wording that he was telling me. If he didn't want this contract he could have stopped calling and emailing. Finally I had to send him a copy of what he was saying and he wrote the contract correctly. He could have stopped begging for this contract at any time in the weeks that this occurred. Tony didn't like when the neighbors took photos of him plowing with a truck when his contract called for the drive to be hand shoveled as to not damage the new concrete he had poured. And, why would I have neighbors plow a driveway when I am paying Tony to do that same work?

If Tony had anyone looking out for his business he might have a business worth something!He refers to the neighbors as shifty because he doesn't like them seeing what he is doing because they know he should be hand shoveling the drive. But, then he was bad mouthing the residents of Franklin and especially the families of the football player who received scholarships all the while he was working on the concrete project. Tony just hates anyone and everyone who is professional and successful. He would say how he screws people over who live in area where he knows they have lots of income. What a professional he is! Tony's problem he is unhappy that anyone succeeds and is happy because he is working his ass off getting no where and screwing people over doing it. Then just ends up with more lawsuits.
Say that ice and snow was left on his driveway for weeks, when his driveway faces the sun all day.. SERIOUSLY, we put your sand down on it that same day ...AND YOUR DUMB SELF WAS IN FLORIDA SO DO NOT SAY YOU HAD A CONVERSATION WITH ME WHEN SPREADING THE SAND. YOU WERE NOT HOME!!!!
Well the drive does run east to west and that year when the trees were still all up before the city and the neighbor removed their trees the drive was shaded but that would not have made any difference because ice and snow does not melt in sub-zero temperatures anyway. Had you come out to the house as a professional to take care or the problem yourself instead of sending your wife and son to throw some sand out you would not make stupid statements like this as you would have talked with me there. We were unable to get the car into the drive over the sheet of ice covering it as it is all up hill. You really were doing a crappy job, the norm I found for you but found that out way to late.

In closing I would like to say that Tony started a concrete job in 2012 and has never finished that job to date. The work that was done was not done to code. Permits were not pulled. The work was done poorly and is crumbling and cracking and causing water damage in the garage. I have had the work inspected by other contractors who have written letters verifying the work was done both wrong and poorly. When Tony brought out "his professional" to inspect the work, his professional being the current concrete supplier, his man told him at that time if certain things would have been done here , we would not be here talking about this now. Yep, That's also on the tape. Unfortunately, the police had to be called when your son was making threats and they said just to make sure to hold on to the recording. So, it is in safe keeping in a safety deposit box at the bank. You/your son should never make threats to hurt people and damage their property when being recorded! That's just dumb!
There is no point if suing Tony, Mary Beth, his son or the company as they are all noncollectable. I would be at the end of a list of lawsuits already lost by Tony and his Company. I'd be last in the line of liens and lawsuits that all remain unpaid to this date to Clients, His Attorney, Suppliers, Collectors, Harley, Markets, the Landlord, at least he got you evicted, The State, and the list goes on and on.
I'd be careful contracting anything with Tony as he and his wife are now telling everyone he is dying of cancer. There are thousands of great contractors out there this company, the husband and wife, are not any of them and should be avoided and not even considered for any work at all.
TONY and TONY'S CONCRETE SERVICE, LLC started my job in August or 2012 and to date he has never finished or returned as promised over and over to repair the terrible work that was done by his crew. The list of problems with the owner, the company and the work is a long one but, to start, the slab he poured in the attached garage is pitched so that water runs into the garage causing water damage to my home. (Paid to have that corrected and repaired.) There is nothing holding up the garage door threshold except a couple wooden shims so water runs in under that door along with anything else that wants to come in. (Corrected and repair by me) There are literally hundreds of stone pops in just one small area alone, the saw lines started crumbling while he was cutting them and still on the job and he said he would redo that work but never did. Two of the three areas of the work that needed permits to be pulled had no permits and the work was not done to code. When confronted with this he said "what they don't know would not hurt them." I did a snow removal contract with him that winter as the new concrete needed to be babied according to Tony. The contract called for ALL SNOW AND ICE TO BE REMOVED any time it snowed. I came home after weeks away only to find the drive covered with both snow and ice and when I called him, the reply was " No One Else is Complaining." I don't know what was in other contracts, I only know mine said all snow and ice would be removed EVERY TIME IT SNOWED. This snow and ice was weeks old. Later that winter I received a call from a neighbor when I was out of town again stating Tony was plowing the drive with a truck when his contract called for snow to be hand shoveled with plastic shovels. If you go to the STATE OF WISCONSIN CIRCUT COURT web site and look for TONY TOMASINO, his wife Mary Beth Tomasino and also his company TONY'S CONCRETE SERVICE, LLC, you will see plenty of reasons under all searches why not to hire this guy and his company. There are a total of 30 LAW SUITS to date from Clients, his own Attorney, Grocery Stores, Banks, Harley Davidson, Loan Companies, Dept of Rev. and his Concrete Suppliers just to name a few. The people that have sued have never collected a dime even after winning their cases. TONY has gone to Angie's List and had his company's name removed in the year 2012. After not replying to the BBB complaint for months, Tony reopened the complaint which causes it to be removed from their web site while it is pending. BBB Rates this company D on the A,B,C,D, F scale. Tony reopened the complaint as he was losing business with this report on the web site, same problem as with Angie's List. Still, a copy can be seen at the Rip Off Report site along with his employee problems posted there by unpaid help. This guy and his company are nothing but bad news for myself and others as you can see from the state site and he and his company should be avoided. Look elsewhere!!
