Tony was in our neighborhood soliciting tree service work. Our neighbor hired him to trim several spring trees. Tony came over in the middle of the job and asked my husband if we had work he could do. We had several old and storm damaged trees needing to be cut down, and Tony quoted him a good price, so my husband made arrangements for him to come back and work in our yard. Tony led us to believe he had finished the work at our neighbors.
Tony came a few days later and cut down several trees, and when the day was over, asked my husband for half payment, which my husband reluctantly paid, and Tonysaid he would be back to finish the job. He never came back, leaving a huge mess of tree limbs and branches in front of our garage and in the back yard. He had done this to two of our neighbors, as well.
My husband tried to contact him, and did eventually get Tony to answer the call. Tony said he would be back in a few days to finish the job. He did not come back, and we have tried to call him several times, leaving messages. We and our neighbors haven't seen or heard from him since.
