Do not order anything from this online company. Tonzof is formerly known as Tool King and there is good reason why they changed their name, unfortunately I discovered this too late. I was searching for a hard to find item and came across it on Amazon that redirected me to Tonzof as an external site with better pricing. Intially I was estactic finding the item about 20 bucks cheaper, there were three other items on my list that I also found on Tonz site and ordered. However I quickly discovered they were priced at double the cost of the rest of the online community. When I immediately tried to cancel the items I discovered it was impossible to get ahold of a person. I sent multiple emails to the email that they do provide only to get a response back SORRY shipped, look at our return policy.
So to my futher dismay there is no one in the right mind the could return anything to them it would cost double of whatever you paid for the product. As soon as you place your order they ask you to like them on Facebook, Twitter, etc. and ping eveyone to tell them how great they are....do not embarass yourself.
After researching them further under their former name there are slews of complaints on their products and service.
Please learn from my mistake, and do not order anything from Tonzof or Tool King.
I also believed that i have been got by them too. I placed an order and checked back in 2 days for order history and it says that no order was ever placed (with given confirmation number). I am beyond livid right now.
Considering stopping on-line ordering all together; too many scam artists' on the cyber prowl.........................I think that I will just go back to the traditional way of purchasing items (face to face)......................................
