I got here on july 9, had to buy my own towels which were suppsed to be provided, had to buy a coffee maker because theirs was broken, the ping pong table is busted, there is no rack for the pool table, there is no ball for the fooseball table, no puck for the air hockey table, the place was FILTHY!!! I tried to clean and vacuum but the vacuum was broken too!!!! My child got a rash just sitting on the nasty disgusing floor!!!!! Every dish that we took out of the cabinet was dirty and had to be washed before we could even use it!!!!! The smoke alarms were beeping when we checked in because the batteries had not been changed. There was trash and chewed up sunflower seeds all over around the pool and on the living room floor. The pool was dirty. There is a TINY grill which you could maybe cook two brauts on! The advertisement said there would be a grill and the house was reserved fo 12 people! There should be a grill appropriate for that amount of people!!! Obviously no one in their organization gives a damn because I have left numerous messages with no response.
You cannot even contact anyone you have to leave a message!!! Now I see why you cannot review this property!!!!! I have taken a ton of pictures of the disgusting shape that this place was in. There were actually crumbs on top of the comforter and sheets in my daughters bed!
The pots and pans are scratched and the coating flakes off in your food. Also there is a rip in the pool table, the fridge is missing a drawer and the one that it does have is broken, the microwave door is broken, the washer and dryer is off balance so the doors swing and hit the other machine and cause the doors to close when you are trying to load them. The shower heads spray out so hard out of the five holes that work that it is like needles hitting your skin. The pool has a nasty hose hanging into the side of it to refill it daily which surely does not meet health codes and the screen door is broken as well as the netting at the bottom of the "enclosed porch". The pool lights don't work, the outside fans do not work, there are a ton of light bulbs burned out. That's their job! Managing and keeping the property in "rent ready shape". I swear the only nice thing about this house is its size. I have emailed and called numerous times and still no response! I have reported them to the BBB of Florida. I hope they get shut down!
