Topstockpicks.com and Jeff Williams and his partner Flow Trader are a couple of scammers .
they bring people to their site claiming they will make them money by showing them how to trade small cap stocks but what they do they use their members to pump the penny stock with a low float that they own and then dump it on there members by selling as soon as the stock goes up ,,,,,,they are being investigated by the SEC ,,so beware .
If you confront them they will kick you off there Chat room saying that you violated the rules and kick you off the site with no refund .
I am not the only one who saw themm for what they are . so please be carefull ,,you will loose there .
