I bought a Toro lawn mower from Home Depot in June of 2013. I came home, unpacked it ,set it up, put gas and oil in it, then went to mow my yard. After the first pass, the wheel fell off. I brought it back tomHome Depot and got another one. By the end of September, the deck was broken in two places and the self propelled gears were stripped . I brought in for repairs in the beggining of April under their 2 yr warrantee . Torero refuses to fix it. They say I used it for commercial use. They say they googled my phone number and it shows I was. I googled the same number and it shows that my number is in a total different town than I am in. It also shows adds from Craigs list that does show my phone number. I do not mow lawns for a living. I have a full time job that pays me well. These problems are from every day use on my own lawn. Toro does not stand by their warrantee. When I called they started yelling at me that i was using to mow other lawns.
