Chris Larosa http://tpomg.com/chris-larosa-ms-pt-cert-mdt openly discriminates against an African Americans and is also hostile due to complaining about a complaint concerning billing fraud and an attempt to perform the function of a licensed profession by Garrett McGaugh. The writer of this review was recently discriminated against for racial purposes and/or turned down as a patient due to ethnicity and reporting fraudulent conduct by Chris Larosa.
First and foremost, this concerns Garrett-McGaugh, Torrey Pines Physical Therapy, 4520 Executive Drive, San Diego, Ca 92122, as well as a few other staff there. Very unprofessional, attempt to fraudulently overbill me, mismanaged appointment, misrepresented services to be provided, and when brought to there attention, dropped me as a client. Pure elder abuse in the form of attempt of financial fraud and complete incompetence.Garret, a very feminine male, and acts more emotional than a 12yo girl who's getting braces, could not answer why there was an attempted overbilling, tried to interpret the doctor's prescription - however he is NOT a licensed physical therapist but still in school - and simply rescheduling an appointment seemed like quite the task for him. Do not trust your medical information to anyone who tries to defraud you.
