This company is a fraud. I do not know where to start. As my girlfriend's AC broke they sent out an initial technician "Harry" that refused to fix it the first time because he did not have the necessary tools and was complaining about it. The second time they sent a different technician that very helpfully cleaned the AC unit and diagnosed that he most likely it needed to do a gas refil. but since it was so late the apt. complex was unable to open the roof.
For the third time they resent the initial technician that was very disrespectful, such as questioning why our electricity wasn't working. It appeared the AC and electricy were connected but neither he could diagnose it or do anything about it. He left and just said reschedule. For the forth and fifth time he came back and on both ocassions he did not have the tools or gas or something and just left, once again "reschedule". We called the company several times and after been on hold, hanging up, not responding they still could not send anyone to fix it.
I finally report it this company and sent an email and left voice mails to "Jerry," it appears it's someone in charge. I received a call from a woman stating they would reschedule because they had sent the incorrect technician. I initially thought it was a technician issue but now i know it's an administrative issue. When a woman called me all she had to say was to reschedule and after explaining to her in a very angry tone that to fix an AC is not rockect science and people cannot continut to miss work because of their incompetence she said "honey" it is 11 and we cannot send anyone out before the noon.
It appears the company is a fraud and is ran by schmucks.
