Unaware I had coverage, Held my payment in escrow.
Paid this company for insurance for the year in advance,The very last week of coverage my trailer got ripped off the back of my truck due to a broken up section of street. When I called them I was told I dont have coverage should foreward my proof. Only after I sent confrimation of payment did they acknowledge that they received it. At that point I was told that I never sent the aplication which I did. They also informed my that they where holding my money in escrow for the last year. Only one time during the week that I paid them did they ask about the aplication. Never once after that did they ask about the aplication. WTF??
I paid for an insurance policy with this company on my boat. I then sold it. Unaware that they didnt stop charging me for 5 months. When i pointed out that the boat was sold and provided cancellaton notice they accused me of making up the cancellation notice and offered me $1750 back instead of the $5000 over charge. Any one using this company make sure you understand your dealing with a company that will steal your money with over charges.
