On the 08/23/14 I sent my Check for Landscaping services to Total Maintenance for $270.00. (3 months of service at $90 each including August).
We are the 9/8/2014 and since 08/01/14 no landscaping service.
The owner "Sal" called me asking me for a payment on the 9/6/2014.
My response was I sent you a check long time ago but you never cashed it. So I went to my bank on the 9/6 to make a stop payment and at the same time change my bank account #.Thinking that the check was lost or stolen, then Asked Sal to come to my house to get paid in cash Which I did for $270 in front of witenesses. As I wanted him to get paid to continue the landscaping service
He sent me a email trying to blackmail me asking for an additional $120 on the 9/8 for me to get the landscaping service to continue.
When confronted on double invoicing and blackmail at that time I fired the company.
What I did not know is that "Sal" cashed his $270 check on the 9/5/2014 that way he can get paid twice.
Don't deal with this company at all, they are hiding behind smiles but in reality your bank account is at risk.
Not talking about you lawn, you will never get what you want anyway since they hardly speak english.
