Trading IT ATP ATPartnerships Reviews

I was called up by some motormouth that promised the world. I got sucked into Trading IT. They then emailed me the paperwork from The ATP! so Trading IT = The ATP which is all over the internet as a big cash grab scam house. I checked their address and The AT Partnerships has the same address on their website. Obviously The ATP = Trading IT = AT Partnerships. Its a common scam. Setups company rip people off, shut down company and re brand. Stay Clear of these companies.

My view

I am from Melbourne and i got a phone call from them 3 months ago as i requested them to let me know about their services. so i decided to go meet the actual guy. I met him (Ahmad reeve) in his office and he explained everything to me. I liked this company so i gave them my money, i am going to be honest i was scared first but not today if you ask me. So far i have made money not much but still more then what a bank can ever give me. I can check it on line. What do you think bank do with your money anyway? How do you think Commonwealth bank made 8 billion dollar profit this year( or may be a bit more)..

Report TradingIT

TradingIT scammed me too. I've reported them to ASIC and the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). ASIC won't act on individual cases but if they get Enough complaints about a Co.s they will act. FOS Will act on individual cases, I've reported TradingIT to them, again the more reports they get the better the outcome.

Report TradingIT

I too was Scammed by TradingIT. I've reported them to both ASIC and the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). FOS Will act on indivual cases and seem to be quite pro-active and following my complaint to them. ASIC don't acrt on individual cases but if there enough complaints about a Co. they will look into it.

more.

"The ATP, ATpartnerships AT Patnerships, Trading IT are all the same company My review of AT Partnerships www.atpartnerships.com.au is that they cannot be trusted. I signed up with Tradingit. They emailed the paperwork from the ATP - same staff at both companies. Now I find that AT Partnerships atpartnerships.com.au are also the same company - same address same product. Clearly they are not to be trusted hiding behind multiple companies. I think they were ATP and got ousted online as a cash grab scam job and now they call themselves atpartnerships." This insightful expose' was posted on Complaints Board. Having been investigating the scam forex 'investing' firms linked to Darren Pattison from Winchester Securities and Global Income Solutions to the ATP and their latest venture TradingIT, I can confirm that their modus operandi is identical (they are call centres using pushy salesmen to sell exorbitant packages, claiming to use live traders). The below salesman worked at Winchester Securities, the ATP and now at TradingIT, however his photo has summarily been removed from their website for obvious reasons! These scams are all based on Level 5, 140 Bundall Road in Surfers'/Gangsters' Paradise.

scam

I can not see that they have real traders, it looks like these companies are just snake oil salesmen and the entire business is selling a spreadsheet presentation, and a poor presentation at that. These salespeople are selling a so called membership package under false information on false performance, and learning how to trade at the cost of people who sign up and hand over their money. The trades may turn out to be totally random, but the trading results are likely to lead to loses.

Just because a company has an AFSL license does not mean its not a scam.

If a company sells itself as being a customer focussed, it does not mean that still will be once you hand over your money.

Just because they pitch that they have audited results, does not mean that they actually do have the performance they are presenting.

Mr. Mmmm who posted here below obviously works for this scam.

With this mob, its a case of Lie a little, lie a little more and lie and lie and lie all you can.

Some of the excuses/lies they make are:

that there are only limited memberships

that they are using the same traders for the past several years

that the poor performance was due to a computer glitch and that you have to accept the loss

that the poor performance was due to a poor trader that has been replaced and better results are expected next month

Avoid this scam

TradingIT is a pain to deal with, definitely a scam, sales people tell you what you want to hear on the phone, make you sign up membership and make you agree to lose money, doesnt have verified results. A bunch of liars, no PDS, and nothing ever in writing, the reps also wont use their own name to send emails. AFSL changed 4 times in the past year from Jayden, Audrn, Olive and now Jade Capital.

The tradingIT website now has some of the employees and pics on the website. I also checked out the office and went up to level 5, to have a quick look around. TradingIT has one office, and The ATP has another office, which was shared with RealWealth at the time.

There are many lower cost subscription models to make money on the financial markets that save you money and make you a profit, and there is also doing it yourself, all recommended than dealing with the ATP/TradingIT.

ATPartnership

I am really shocked to see some of these reviews..i am with them for last four months. They gave me my login details and i can check whats been happening to my money any time. In my first three months they made me 21% profit and i was really happy with that. November is not a good month as profit has gone down to 15% but thats how the world of trading is. So far i am happy with there performance. The guy is in touch with me regularly so i have nothing to complaint. I guess some of you are just saying without even investing...but i am curious to learn if there is someone who is getting the same result as mine???

Hi Lesson Learned

Hi Lesson Learned, I had the same issue as you, signed up for the full membership package for all markets that they offered.

The other markets are covered by requiring accounts to be opened at both Vantage and AxiTrader. It was very unclear and added to some issues encountered with the rude sales rep who was asking for more upfront fees after full membership fees were paid. I ended up seeing my solicitor to advise regarding canceling the membership, we argued that the contract was an unfair contract and was deceptive. Membership was cancelled and fully refunded, they never traded my account.

Shocked to see that they are still selling their service deceptively, as platform 1 performance + platform 2 performance is not equal to the two added together as separate funds are involved.

Not sure why you have rated AT Partnerships as 5 stars.

-ve performance

All TradingIT have done is consistently lose my money on poor trades. There are several trades a day and the majority are closed at a loss. There seems to be no logical sense to what ever strategy is being used, as the trades appear to be very random. I also trade FX and very often have the opposite position to what TradingIT is doing, but the difference is that my trading is profitable, and TradingIT is bringing down my overall performance. Very frequently due to TradingITs trades overlapping my trades in an opposite direction, i would have a neutral position in the market if i was not trading larger sizes than TradingIT. The trades received are very annoying, and it costs thousands of dollars for this TradingIT rubbish which is totally unnecessary. I am very often seeing trades placed in my account from TradingIT, and instantly recognize they are a poor trade.

If anyone is making money its TradingIT on broker rebates and upfront membership fees. There is no mutual benefit in membership as was originally stated in the sales pitch. There is no incentive for TradingIT to make profitable trades. I dont know how i got into this mess, but from now on, no one else is going to be trading my account, no matter what performance is promised. Also, the reason they have an AFSL is not due to regulations or protection for the client, its for the broker rebates, and so TradingIT is able to make a profit.

I agree with much of what is written in these posts, apart from a couple of people posting here who obviously work at ATPartnership/ATP/TradingIT. By the definition of Scam, TradingIT fits this definition and is deliberately selling a service under deception.

I will be seeing my lawyer in person next week to try and get some resolution to this issue, it seems that some of the terms or the membership are very cleverly setup to benefit TradingIT and disadvantage the client. As my lawyer put it they “pulled a fast one on me and have engaged in deceptive conduct of the worst kind".

AT Partnerships

I also made money for 3 months straight trading with AT Partnerships. it certainly was not alot of money, and absolutely nothing like the returns the sales guy/ senior financial advisor? told me..

i paid for the top service which gives me access to all the markets that they trade. however i have only ever seen trades on forex? has anyone else paid an extra $9- $10,000 for this service and seem to have got exactly what the smaller package clients have paid for? although they made me some very small returns over a 3 month period they managed to lose it all plus more in November. i would steer well clear of this one people.

i also made an anonymous call to Jade Capital the people that authorize these companies. it seems you can access this same service free of charge with Jade, and smaller commissions?

maybe make that call before you find yourself in my predicament.

my product agreement states that trading forex is risky and losing capital will not get me a refund.

in the end it is my fault for being so blind.

lesson learnt

Due Diligence

LOL at the Due Diligence done above.

Yes, of course it seems legitimate, the more legitimate it seems, the more people are able to be scammed and the more profit for these scam operations.

The tradingit.com website was registered 15 years ago, but has remained registered for 15 consecutive years and has changed hands several times in the past. It looks like it is under the ownership of the scammers from at least the last 18 months. 2 years ago, it was trading training, also under Australian ownership, and not selling memberships that it is selling today. Check the whois history for the domain.

Scammed as well

Here we are and have been scammed by the ATP as well and will be talking to the ombudsman soon. ATP has consistently lost our money from the start. Has anyone seen the members Blog? does not exist does it? This is part of the contract is it not, and who filled out my trading questionnaire at the start? Not very happy at all.....

Scammed by The ATP as well

Tried to call the ATP , phone disconnected, web site can't be found , why am I not surprised. oh well won't see my $7000 membership fee any time soon and $1000 loss with AXITrader traded through Jade Capital partners. Have phoned Jade capital and waiting for a call back to see if they know where The ATP are now .

Had a call last month from a Jerry Steadman from Holzworth Partners http://www.holzworth.com.au who coincidentally had my mobile phone number and said he knew of ATP members who were getting funds back via Jade Capital partners because of poor performance and that their company which included True Wealth was worth investing in.

Has anyone had a call from these people, I certainly have been once bitten, twice shy from now on

TradingIT morphed into 'True Wealth' and now into 'Investment Growth Partners'

Avoid True Wealth (same MD figurehead as TradingIT, Paul Charles Willis) and their new creation, Investment Growth Partners, based at the same address as Darren Gene Pattison's original scam Winchester Securities (3 Alison Street, Surfers Paradise Gold Coast). They are linking themselves to Holzworth Partners in Brisbane.

I assume you dont have a account with these guys then ,does anyone else have any constructive feed back about their results of trading? I'm not interested in a witch hunt ,everything else seems legit it would be nice to hear from an actual client..can their audited results be verified by a client before i pay for this. Thanks.

Feedback

You will regret it. They dont have real performance and are operating illegally and against their financial licence and breach of Australian law.

If you really must check it out, notice that all the talk and promises and so called performance are all over the phone and verbal, so that when the results are not what they say you dont have anything in writing, its as if the conversation never took place. They also can not put anything in writing, when you deal with them and ask for something in writing they call you up instead and refer to the call as "customer service".

Its possible that you can trade much better yourself.

Feedback

I did have an account with them and am not speaking from speculation.

I do not talk about the performance, or lack of it, and many others will not speak about the actual performance due to the nature of their settlement and as to not be identified.

If you have had any discussions with them, there is a good chance it was all verbal, they will promise you the world, tell you that they are genuine and regulated etc etc.

If you have to take this to a lawyer to sue them, the cost of the law firm and court fees and other legal costs is so much that its almost not worth legal action even if you have a strong case. They have covered their tracks so, its difficult to prove much under Australian Law.

There is a good article on aussie stock forms about how to identify financial scams, its a recommended read, and features theATP.

There is no ad on ozforex website, was this a google ad that you saw?
