Like all of these other suckers posting on here, they also continue to refuse to engage in dialogue with me. I reported them to the National Factoring Association and was " suppose" to get together and address concerns, to this date my emails have been opened and ignored. Every email has been sent via Read Receipt, so I am aware when it has been opened.
I have asked to speak with an accountant who is responsible in making decisions with my invoices and was told " that's impossible, it's not permitted"
Sounds to me like they're no different than their subsidiary company Trans Am trucking.
They will hold your invoices making some BS claim ie; I recently viewed online reports provided by TAFS and one invoice questioned delaying payment and offered possible deductions for late delivery.
When I screen shot the memo and provided the invoice asking to show me where it indicated a late delivery, this email also went ignored.
They will hold an invoice claiming it was short paid, yet when they receive an overpayment they do not apply it and leave the invoice reflecting non payment and withhold all funding. They do what they want, when they want and you are absolutely helpless and penniless

Had I known I would have stayed away from these crooks.
You are better off getting quick pay from your customers. They charge way less than TAFS
These people at transam used to be ok at first. Jaime sold me on a line of bs that included many disguised lies. At first the personal service was ok in my ipinion. However, it became apparent that they treated me second shelf to others because I had a smaller fleet of 3 trucks. They had promised same day funding by 5pm if I scanned my invoices before 2 pm central time. I don't think ive ever been paid by 5. Usually after 6 or so. They began nit picking my invoices for errors as an excuse to not fund. Since I'm a small carrier, I was always left for last, thus when they pointed out an error or that they needed something rescanned, I would not get funded same day. And of course they had to go home on time, never tried to resolve the issue for me. No personal service. Just another small time business in their eyes. They didn't care if I needed. The funding to cover payroll or emergency expenses. I got nothing. Then one of my drivers had an accident. After my insurance and the brokerage, both told them it was settled they with held funding for 10 weeks or so. I was forced to keep my business going on a small savings and 50 percent full advances. They had their policies and it didn't matter what or when the settlement was.to occur. And even after wards I felt I was shorted a.load or two. Reviewing their own records I pointed out that invoices from other carriers were mixed into my own files. How could this be? Was I getting paid other people's loads? We're other carriers receiving mybfunding? it was a simple error on their part, she said. No harm no fowl. These people lock you into a contract and will not let you out of it, no matter who you talk to. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemies ! They will talk nice to you but when you need help they will hang you out to dry. Ms. Garcia, Jaime, Ms Salas, Carlos the coward, and most of the team there are swindlers and will take your company to the ground and won't break a sweat doing so.
Tafs.INC has received money over the amount due to me and they will not send it to me and got an attorney to sue me and they claim they never got the money and I have proof that they did.
Anyone thinking of doing business with this company needs to look closely how they operate
Contacted Transam Financial Services in 2014 to factor invoices. The sales representitive was nice but he was/is the only one.
After supposably getting invoices factored I was told to pick up my money where there was a place that did EFS
transfers, but I had to wait till after 6 pm I drove to a station in my area that did this type of transfers and they had no idea what I was talking about I had Suppposable numbers to complete this transact but the EFS people had no idea what I was talking about or what kind of check I needed. This was on Thursday evening and the people finally gave me a COMP check of some sort and was told to go to my bank to cash. The banks were closed by now. Waited till in the morning after I had drove all over our community trying to find somewhere that this type of check called Transam Financial and was informed that something was not right and they had corrected the problem and that my money would be there after 6 pm LOL no such check was issued for me and they TAFS could not give me a good transaction code but to wait till SAT morning to try and cash the check Guess what the check was not worth the paper it was wrote on Which I was to fill out myself Of course Transam is closed on Sat and Sun. So I had to wait on Monday morning. HA HA finally got a quote "good comp check" took it to the bank and they laughed at me said they would have to hold it for 7 Days Finally about 1 pm on Monday I got my money. DumDum me do one more transaction with them and the same ole bullcrap and took 2 days to get the money then.
I want to cancel my account and TRANSAM refuses to do so and turns me into MC report as Fraud cause I don't want to use them anymore on any of my invoices BUT Transam says they hold all Future funding on my invoices when in fact when you sign up with them it is clearly stated that you only have to factor invoices that you want with them not all of your invoices
Transam actions are of fraud and I WOULD not suggest that anyone use them. They perform deceptive business practices.
