prior to using an off shoot of Expedia's new partnership with Travelscape, buyer beware! They come off as the hotel reservation system but unless you ask if they are, say, Marriot reservations, they do not have to ackowledge that they are not. Took multiple calls to get a bill, they lied about points, charged my card and even lied about breakfast which they said was included with the room and it was not. Do not use this service at all. They charged my CC, told me upon arrival I could sort it out only to find out I could not. Trust me. It sucks, it is misresrepresnted on the scope of how hotels operate and is very shady. Definite ripoff. Plus, they charge a ""service"" fee for booking the room. They suck. Tom
I thought I was contacting the hotel directly. Instead, I got TravelNow. I booked two rooms, which they then confirmed under the wrong name, largely because the agent couldn't understand my English. The rate was considerably higher than the rate charged by the hotel itself, and when I couldn't keep the reservation, their entirey unhelpful phone system said the reservation could not be cancelled. That's $400 down the drain. Avoid this company at all costs.
