I was lucky enough to own a Doberman from Gail. She was an awesome dog, well bred, amazingly smart and the sweetest dog I have ever owned. It is really sad that a cyber bully is doing so much to ruin the reputation of some one who does the right thing by her dogs. She does all health testing, living in her home as pets, breeds for longevity, researches the matings, the coi's , sends a HUGE information packet with the puppy and is always willing to be there to assist and answer any questions. I purchased a puppy (Trinity's Rejoice aka Macy) from Gail Forrest/ Trinity Dobermans Breeding Kennel, located in Virginia on 8-7-2009. I have owned five dogs and never had to get rid of any of them. I told Gail Forrest, I was looking for and I needed submissive personality, family type dog, instead I end-up with serious behavior problem, bad temperament, aggresive dog!
I'll continue to put my very bad experience with breeder Gail Forrest of Trinity Dobermans out there forever. She still has $1500.00 of mine money, that should have been returned. Has I know she would refuse and keep my money I would never have returned the dog to her!
She is the only breeder I have come across that refuses to give a replacement puppy or the money back. Reputable breeders return money when a dog comes with problems or offer a replacement puppy, they also don't turn their back on buyer and accuse them falsely of things that did not happen. If you have a problem with a dog, you need a breeder to stand besiade you, not Belittle you, continually blames people for the problems her dogs have.
Trinity's Rejoice aka "Macy" was the only survivor in the litter, bottle fer, she did not have littermates and she was NOT PROPERLY SOCIALIZED, during these critical time of her life. I fell strongly this was Macy's main problem, and breeder should never-ever sell this dog as a submissive personality/family dog.

My family had the same type of situation with our Dobe from trinity. Temperment and aggression issues after puppy stage was over. I am surprised that there is no identification of the people making these comments? It could actually, given the similar grammar and spelling errors, be the same person. I would think that it is difficult to take seriously anyone that would post a complaint but not identify themselves. I do not know this breeder and not sure I would think they were at all responsible as well but this sort of complaining (whining, bitching, whatever you want to call it) is just allowing gossip. Please educate yourself BEFORE obtaining a puppy or kitten of any breed. There are always 'red flags' of the irresponsible breeders - taking pay pal, listing on pet sites, advertising that they are 'breeding for' something but that they provide no real evidence - i.e. temperament without any actual temperament evaluations; health when they only do marginal and the cheap one time evaluations instead of those needing to be repeatedly done for the entire life of the parents; utilizing only their convenient sperm donor instead of being knowledgeable enough to realize that the best possible mate for their bitch is rarely if ever in their own back yard (longtime successful breeders will often use dogs of their own lines as that is part of knowledgeable breeding techniques to set consistency).

I was lucky enough to own a Doberman from Gail. She was an awesome dog, well bred, amazingly smart and the sweetest dog I have ever owned. It is really sad that a cyber bully is doing so much to ruin the reputation of some one who does the right thing by her dogs. She does all health testing, living in her home as pets, breeds for longevity, researches the matings, the coi's , sends a HUGE information packet with the puppy and is always willing to be there to assist and answer any questions. I would love to own another Trinity Doberman. Please do your own research, you will find the truth, the complaints here and on face book are just sour grapes from a cyber bully.
I purchased a puppy (Trinity's Rejoice aka Macy) from Gail Forrest/ Trinity Dobermans Breeding Kennel, located in Virginia on 8-7-2009. I have owned five dogs and never had to get rid of any of them. I told Gail Forrest, I was looking for and I needed submissive personality, family type dog, instead I end-up with serious behavior problem, bad temperament, aggresive dog!
I'll continue to put my very bad experience with breeder Gail Forrest of Trinity Dobermans out there forever. She still has $1500.00 of mine money, that should have been returned. Has I know she would refuse and keep my money I would never have returned the dog to her!
She is the only breeder I have come across that refuses to give a replacement puppy or the money back. Reputable breeders return money when a dog comes with problems or offer a replacement puppy, they also don't turn their back on buyer and accuse them falsely of things that did not happen. If you have a problem with a dog, you need a breeder to stand besiade you, not Belittle you, continually blames people for the problems her dogs have.
Trinity's Rejoice aka "Macy" was the only survivor in the litter, bottle fer, she did not have littermates and she was NOT PROPERLY SOCIALIZED, during these critical time of her life. I fell strongly this was Macy's main problem, and breeder should never-ever sell this dog as a submissive personality/family dog.
I have been treated extremely unprofessionally by this women, and I think buyers have right to know what can happen. The moment Gail Forrest was notified about my problem with her dog, she turned against me!
I love this dog and it was very hard to give her up, and the fact that breeder got my dog back, without refunding my $1500.00 money GAIL FORREST STARTED BREEDING HER ALMOST IMEDIATELLY, AND TURNING MY DOG INTO A BREEDING MACHINE.
Macy was bred way too many times already, back to back, including her 1 or 2 pregnancies where all the puppies have died...and she is only 4,5 years old.
Dogs with bad temperament and aggressin issues SHOULDN'T BE BRED AT ALL! The whole situation makes me very upset and worry for the future of this wonderful breed (Doberman Pinscher).

My family had the same type of situation with our Dobe from trinity. Temperment and aggression issues after puppy stage was over. It was tough to move our Boy along, but it was not safe to keep him in our neighborhood/home. These situations are no joke. It happened to us and we still think about it...3 years later. I bought a Doberman Pinscher puppy from this backyard breeder, who had a lot of behavior issues.
Gail Forrest from Trinity Dobermans touts her dogs as Family Dogs, but they are NOT! There were so many incidents during the short time I had her dog, including vicious attack on my 7 years old nice required reconstructive surgery to her face...
I decided it was time for him go to a non family situation and I was commited to help to find him the right home.
Soon the breeder Gail Forrest took the dog back she immediatelly resold the dog for $1800.00 and never refunded any money to me! After few months fighiting with this money hungry breeder about my refund of $2000.00 I got a call which shocked me , somehow a man who got this dog- Gail Forrest resold to him was calling me and told me the dog was slated to be put down! (The very same dog attack his 2 small children) He said he had been calling the breeder telling her he wanted his money back, and she refused and told him to " GO AHEAD AND PUT HIM DOWN" YOU'RE NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK IT'S YOUR PROBLEM NOW...
I called Gail Forrest one more time, and treatened her with a lawsuit for selling the dog TWICE, and placing him with children after his hisory with me, then telling a man to go ahead and put him down.

She was kept in puppy mills her entire life as a “brood bitch" and bred every single heat cycle...forced to produce litter after litter for GAIL FORREST, her disgusting, lazy, despicable backyard breeder, who operates her puppy mill under the name TRINITY DOBERMANS in Virginia. She went to labor with her very last litter of puppies for her money hungry breeder...there were complications during the labor and delivery.... This old 7 years old senior was very sick, her old used and abused body couldn't take it no more... pain and stress on her old body with all the hormones and steroids "the breeder" was pumping her up, during the years, to increase the number of puppies she could produce. These drugs caused her extreme pain and serious side effects too... all in an attempt to increase the number of puppies this heartless breeder could sell for profit. Her last litter was heavy advertised on Facebook, E-bay, and all different Free newspapers, breeder was taking deposits on her unborn puppies, asking $2ooo,oo/per puppy. She was 2 months shy before 7th birthday...still young, and she could live few more years...but she DIED !

I am surprised that there is no identification of the people making these comments? It could actually, given the similar grammar and spelling errors, be the same person. I would think that it is difficult to take seriously anyone that would post a complaint but not identify themselves. I do not know this breeder and not sure I would think they were at all responsible as well but this sort of complaining (whining, bitching, whatever you want to call it) is just allowing gossip. Please educate yourself BEFORE obtaining a puppy or kitten of any breed. There are always 'red flags' of the irresponsible breeders - taking pay pal, listing on pet sites, advertising that they are 'breeding for' something but that they provide no real evidence - i.e. temperament without any actual temperament evaluations; health when they only do marginal and the cheap one time evaluations instead of those needing to be repeatedly done for the entire life of the parents; utilizing only their convenient sperm donor instead of being knowledgeable enough to realize that the best possible mate for their bitch is rarely if ever in their own back yard (longtime successful breeders will often use dogs of their own lines as that is part of knowledgeable breeding techniques to set consistency).
