ONCE THEY CHARGED THE CREDIT CARD, THEY ALTERED THE SCHEDULE WHICH WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE OR DOABLE. WE ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK AND THE SUPERVISOR OF THE OPERATION BY AN EMAIL SAID "TOO BAD, YOU ARE STUCK. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT".

Check their online reputations on these before you send the money. That is the mistake I made. I found out after I made the payment in Feb. Called them the next day to cancel. They first quoted ~$600 cancellation fees (due to airline fee), and then delayed my cancellation, raised the cancellation fee to more than $1,800. They said that's the fee they paid for non-refundable tickets. But when I asked them to show me the airline confirmation ticket #, they didn't exist with the airlines. They couldn't show me the proof that they incurred these fees either.
I am filing complains with BBB. Also, plan to go to small claim court if it doesn't get resolved.

The worst travel experience we have ever had. They made claims which did not materialize. The customer service is a nightmare when you need them.
Do not be fooled by their inviting ads.
