TSC SHOPS SENT US A STAINED GLASS WINDOW WE ORDERED , IT WAS BROKEN , THEY DID SEND ANOTHER THAT WAS BROKEN EVEN WORSE WITH 27 BROKEN PIECES OF GLASS IN IT , WHICH WE SENT BACK ONLY TO FIND THEY WENT INTO OUR ACCOUNT AND CHARGED US FOR THE SECOND PIECE OF GLASS WITH NO AUTHORIZATION FROM US . AND NOW WILL NOT GIVE US A REFUND . SO IN SHORT WE WERE CHARGED ALMOST 1300.00 DOLLORS FOR ONE BROKEN WINDOW THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PRICED AT 589.00 DOLLARS. AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS WHERE I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS LYING, AND INFORMED OF THINGS I SAID THAT WERE NOT SAID.

The Christmas tree shop sold me a tree that did not work. I did not know this until Christmas Eve when I plugged it in and no Lights! When I called them for a replacement, they said it was over thirty days and that they would not help me. They were snotty and unhelpful.

The company is not to be trusted or to use. I'm sure they will try to come back with this and apoligze for the confusion. DO NOT be fooled by these people. They know exactly what they are doing and as soon as they have your money - you will not be seeing it again. That is for sure. They also appear very good at covering thier tracks online by trying to get rid of any bad publiclity from reviews. If you read this - DO NOT use these people. They are crooks.

I ordered a Pet Supply products (Doggy Doors etc) and they did not process my order and said they had to verify my credit card. I've never had problems like this before. I waited for two weeks and sent muplitple emails and called (you can never EVER get through) and didn't get a response. I sent a email telling them to cancel my order and i ordered it from Amazon - got it two days later (thought i'd save 10 bucks with these people) WRONG! Then a week later they told me they had processed the order AFTER i said DO NOT process this. I called them to tell them not to process this and they said they had and it was going for delivery tonight and i told them about the email not to use my card and explained if they did this was fraudulent. They explained to me because i placed the order orignally the credit card company would not deem this as fraudulent and I can complain to whoever I want. They know exactly what they are doing - delaying orders to buy time and then processing orders once they have your card details. If they are not crooks, then they are certainly unethical and dishonest at the very least. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

October 2014 ordered an advertised Tomia chandelier crystal and chrome. Received the chandelier and it was not crystal-it was glass. Called the company as soon as I opened the box and requested a return and refund.

It took ten days to get a return label. I sent the chandelier back. I have called and called requesting refund. Was told multiple times that the refund had been issued and I still do not have my money back.

I have three emails that state the refund has been issued and will be 1-5 business days before it reaches my account. No actual refund receipt. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and still NO refund. The owner of the business is a man named Tony Cheng. My next step will be to try to find someone in California who can investigate this company.

Nobody in their customer service department seems to know what is going on. They will not divulge any company information. There are no corporate offices. It is an absolute train wreck trying to figure out how to resolve and meantime, they have stolen my money.

This company is horrible. I ordered a product labeled 'in stock' online. I live in the same state where the warehouse is located of this company so I didn't expect a very long shipping time. Over 30 days passed, I decided to call. When I call, I get a clueless sounding customer service representative who discovered that the item I purchased was not in stock and couldn't determine how long I'd have to wait to get the product I purchased. Afterward he forwarded my purchase to the accounting department where I could be processed for a refund. It's been over 15 days now and I haven't recieved the refund. This company is clearly trying to rip customers off.
