I worked for them very briefly. They will not answer any of your questions pertaining to YOUR money, they will just ignore you or cut you off and keep reading their script. We were basically instructed to "slam" each and every prospect, and twist their arm into signing no matter what the cost or how rude or insulting we had to be in the "process"

They will take a 50 percent of the debts they collect as their "FEE" and this is not negotiable. We were instructed to harass people relentlessly to the point they hang up on EVERY call.

They don’t do any kind of background checks on their employees, most of their employees have criminal records and a lot of them have recently been released from prison.

Their contract states they can do whatever they want in the process of collecting on your debts, they can settle for whatever amount they wish. You are basically signing over the entire rites to your money to them to do as they wish and you will have no say so in the matter if you sign.

Even if you just verbally agree over the phone to place the account for collections without signing the anything, they will take that and run with it, and begin harassing your clients’ non-stop.

They will never state their actual company name when cold calling companies, it is always something different to disguise what they actually do and what the call is about, which is a clear and blatant violation of FCC rules.

The intros at the boiler room call center were, "I'm with a team of private investigators and attorneys, were coming after you, are you ready!".

Another opening line was, "this is going to be the worst sales call you have ever heard, are you ready?"

Another opening line was, "I'm calling to get your worst paying account so we can collect on it, if you’re going to lie to me and tell me you don’t have any and everything is perfect, then now is the time to hang up. (pause) since you haven’t hung up, go get your books and tell me what is your worse paying account, I’m not getting off the phone until you do"

These literally were our opening lines, that rotated every day and if we veered off of that at all it was like a capital offense. It was pretty ridiculous. They are actually just amateurs at everything they do including their sales "process".

They instructed us to tell receptionists that we are returning calls to the Owners of companies in order to get them on the phone, "im just returning his call, tell him ___ with (made up company name) is on the phone he will take the call"

Or "I have a note on my desk to give him a call back" which was a complete lie. They didn’t care how much your time they wasted or if they got receptionists or secretaries in trouble or even fired because of their antics.

The people they hire have no previous sales experience, they hire people off the street and groom them to be con artists and teach them how to screw people over daily.

There really was no telling them no, they would call you a liar and keep insisting that you had bad accounts that they could collect on, over and over until you literally hung up. We were instructed to do this and could not even think about letting someone off the phone without harassing them and doing everything besides cussing them out first.

Fraudulent Account Representation

I received a phone call from these clowns yesterday about a debt allegedly owed to Gary Navickas of Airport & Local Taxi, Inc. in Winter Haven, Florida. They claimed that I owed Mr. Navickas $700 for who knows what. I find it funny that they represent clients without any factual evidence of any debt or accounting supporting their claim. The fact of the matter is that Mr. Navickas actually owes me money for marketing and advertising services that I was just going to write-off as a wash until yesterday.

I received the first telephone call from Tucker Albin around 1PM EST and the representative advised me of the alleged debt. I stated that I had no idea what he was talking about and that I would not even consider paying such a frivolous claim of debt. He stated that the client, Mr. Navickas was ready to proceed with litigation for this matter. I am all for that, considering that Mr. Navickas has a quite a history of filing frivolous lawsuits against people in Winter Haven including his former employer.

Mr. Navickas actually stole his former employer's business identity, and operates a taxi cab service under the same exact name in the same area. If that seems crazy, it really is. Mr. Gary Navickas operates his business under the name Airport & Local Taxi in Winter Haven, Florida even though his former employer operates under this name. Further expounding this insanity, Mr. Navickas designed business cards to mimic those of his former employer and drives around to local businesses, taking his competitors business cards, only to throw them away and replace them with his own. This is the man that Tucker Albin is representing.

I received another call an hour and half after the first call from Tucker Albin, this time from someone in the "legal department". He stated that the case had been escalated and asked how I would resolve this debt. I told him exactly what I told the previous caller, that the debt was frivolous and would not be paid. The caller raised his voice and began to yell at me. Upon hearing a woman in the background, as I was entering a business meeting, the caller from Tucker Albin began ranting and told me to ask the woman in the background if she would pay the debt. I just hung up on this imbecile.

Seems to me that Tucker Albin is just as crazy as the clients whom they represent. I would strongly advise anyone business that considers using them to stay away. It's quite obvious they require no validity of a debt from a client and practice harassment as their collection method of choice.

Consumer beware!!!!! Debt Collection agent.

Cold calls to you with Lie and pressure you to sign electronic contract by walking through with you.

No grace period after accidentally signing and no consumer mercy to stop action once you electronically signed. Even few hour after!

They will harass customer and you with law suit with constant phone calls by different persons.

Do not trust them, they are scam and con artist with treats and pretend to be attorneys.

Stay away, otherwise, you will be sorry!!!!

This has got to be the worst collection agency ever. They will hound you to place past due accounts with them and only if the account was going to pay anyway will they ever collect. We paid them to have their associated law firm sue a con-man named Michael Denny of American Wine Distributors in San Francisco. They completely dropped the ball and instructed their attorney to withdraw as legal counsel after they failed to appear for the default judgement. These guys are the worst collection agency we've ever hired. Incredible incompetence. Jared Kenoyer in the Legal Department is a liar and thief. This firm has a reputation for using strongarm tactics on its own clients, dropping the ball on viable collection accounts, high employee turnover, etc.
