The Tustin Toyota - Service Department is so irresponsible and unprofessional. A bunch of dishonest mangers are running the business.
I took my 2008 Toyota Prius to the Tustin Toyota dealership 3 times with the same issue (check engine light turned on and the engine stopped running).
I’m thinking because of the lemon law they lied about the root cause of the problem. At first, they told us the main battery needed to be replaced.
Then after we left the car in their shop for more than 4 weeks they said the problem was with the transmission.
During that time they had lend us a car, however, they put more than 3,400 millage on our car. We asked them why they put so many miles on our Prius and the answer was “Because we had to drive the car to test it”. 3,400 miles, really?
