Was approached by a nice young man who suckered us into believing he was selling magazine subscriptions and the company he works for would give him a portion of the proceeds to begin a new start for himself. We gave him a personal check for a photography magazine sunscription whcih has never arrived. He was so nice we even gave hima can of soda. Needless to say the phone numbers provided do not work and this is a big rip off.

I hope they comeback and knock on my door again!

I'm embarrassed to say I was ripped off, but I need to let others know. I thought I was helping out this solicitor (thief) by ordering a subscription for my grandson. The check was cashed and I haven't seen any sign of my order. There is a busy signal for the phone number in ID. The solicitor's name was Aissa Shorter. The phone number she had to call (?) for a check conformation is . There is no soliciting allowed in my neighborhood and I will call the police the next time I see them in the area.

2 guys show up at the door to sell magazines to assist in their rehab? Ordered one magazine from each fellow one to be sent to a charity, i chose Wounded Warriors and the other to be received by me. Never received my subscription. Their phones don't call through and their request form in help menue can't be sent to request assistance. This is a scam. By the way initially they wanted one thousand dollars each for subscriptios? i paid $100.00 ea for 3 years. Don't fall for this crap. Call the mag of your choice to subscribe. You gottas love it! If these guys show up in your neighborhood go off for a few minutes. Call the police>

Lisa came to my door selling magazines, she claimed she would get points (350 pts) that she needed to further her education. I questioned her as i was sold a bill of sale approximately 10 years ago from a young man who supposedly was doing what she was doing. She convinced me, showed me lots of stuff, id badge or whatever. i like a fool trusted and haven't seen one magazine yet. as i told her my home and gardens magazine would expire in the summer and she said it would continue right on. i did nt renew my subscr4iption as this 3 year subscription was suppose to kick in, never did.

I ordered Readers' Digest from a nice young man who appeared at my door on 3/26/14. I fell for his sob story and wanted to help him. I live in Eugene, OR, where panhandlers just stand on street corners all day begging for money... This man was trying to work a real job, so I agreed to help him out. Five months later, I still do not have my magazines. I read on the internet, this is a scam, and I feel sick about it. Please, can someone help me?

Thank you.

Ultimate Unity is a door-to-door high-priced magazine company. The person that shows up is aggresive and makes you believe that that proceeds from this purchase will go to assist them with a new life and help them go to school. Well after talking with neighbors we all looked on line and realized a few of us had been scammed after reading bad reports about this company.

Please do not fall for it. They can be very convincing. I have called the numbers that are on the order form to cancel and no one picks up (only have 3 days to cancel). Will be filing report with BBB depending on outcome.
