These people are stalking and harassing me.

A few weeks ago, they called me, told me I had a complaint against me and asked for personal information. The person on the other end of the line sounded too uneducated to be a real debt collector. I told her to stop calling me and she immediately told me "OK, have fun getting charged with fraud" or something like that, but with bad grammar.

I hung up and they called me back. I told them to leave me alone and they called me back again. Then I blocked them. A few weeks later they called my ex-roommate and told him there was a complaint against me and asked him for my contact information, which he wouldn't give. Then they gave him this 855 number and a reference number and told him to have me call them.

I reported them to Billings MT police and I am going through the process of reporting them to the FBI.

UNCI group is a total scam

These knuckleheads think they can frighten you with threats and lies of court dates and lawsuits. I ignored their shenanigans until they started harassing my friends and family.

Just tell them you are calling from a recorded line. It is "against company policy" for them to communicate anything on a recorded line and they will hang up. They now refuse to even speak to me because I attempted to record my conversation with them.

They don't want any real evidence of their lies and intimidation out there.

UNCI just called my boyfriends 76 year old father to tell them I had complaints filed against me and that there was a case I was involved in.

No record of any case or any information is valid - but there should be NO WAY they could get his father's number.

Complete SCAM!!! Watch out for this phone number - 855-274-8026.

This place called my mothers house saying that I needed to contact them within an hour, using my former married last name.

I called them, they said that I had an outstanding bill with a pay day loan place.

They said that they had already filed with the court and I will be receiving a summons, if I don't pay this ridiculous amount. They had my full social and a former address that I lived at. WTH

What can I do to stop

UNCI called my parents saying I had to collect on a default to a Verizon Phone line from 2007.

I called back and its the same old story they tell everyone.. they called my phone twice (how about never?), I am being served in a court of law from Verizon and I have acquired a huge debt on the bill....

I smelled bullsh* immediately and called their bluff.

The guy got irate and wouldnt let me talk.. he was screaming at me that its true and I need to go through their people. He wouldnt shut up so I hung up.

I looked up the number.. and its a big scam..

Apparently a BIG scam.. cuz they have page after page of complaints.

I dont know how much they wanted me to pay.. never got there.. But I am thinking they wanted 7 years worth of phone bills..

They knew my old number.. so they have info on me long forgotten.

Beware of these thieves!

They call one of your family members, in my case they called my father. They told him they needed me to call by morning and gave them a number for me to call with a file number.

When i called that evening, the man that answered seemed to not want to answer my questions and was ver evasive. So, i hung up and went on the internet to see what i could find out. Bingo, there was a credit card fraud alert out on this company. It told how they contacted u and this is exactly how they did me.

They need to be stopped.

Not sure if this is a real company or not, but had someone call 3 members of my family saying they were representing UNCI due to a debt from 10 years ago that I never had! When I called requesting more information regarding the debt, they refused to send anything, and hung up on me. When I called back and said I wanted information to provide to my lawyer they said they could no longer speak to me and hung up again. When I called back one more time, the gentelman swore at me and told me I would be summoned if I did not pay the debt.
