Roy Newsome Enterprises and I had such an un pleasant and un professional experience with this business that I feel the overwhelming need to contact all associated entities and business that I can find a direct connection to him with and share my event. I had purchased a hitch about 45 days agoat a cost of about $500 I had driven down to his business at 3928 Ogeechee Road, Highway 17 S Savannah, GA 31405 around 4th of July to see about returning the item as it did not fit my needs I found his business closed for vacation witch i found to be a good thing taking vacation for independence day is awesome. I live about an hour away so it was some time before i was able to work my schedule around getting back to return the hitch. Upon arriving at the store to day (8/6/2014) I placed my item on the counter with my original receipt and the nice young lady running the register told me that they would not return the item so i ask to speak to the manager an she told me the same story she could not return the item I ask why not she said it was company policy so I ask to speak to her boss and got to speak to Roy himself and he told me the same thing. And also told me that I had a bad attitude for wanting better customer service I gave this business about $2500 in business over the past 8 months. It is sad that he advertises such emphases on customer service but does not deliver. So before leaving his store today I left the hitch on his counter and told him it was not about the money it was about the service and that the hitch was my parting gift to his business.
