This outfit takes the cake. They will hound you to death and use all kinds of scare tactics to get you to sign an agreement with them so they can be your energy supplier. Problem is...they have all these hidden costs which they don't disclose to you and their rate is higher than the one they tried to switch me from. I researched these guys online and these as guys have done some serious time for violent felonies. Do yourself a favor and research them before you sign!!!
Liberty Power representative approached my business and told me the Agreement I have with another electricsupplier is invalid, misleading and therepresentative who I signed with from Direct Energy is not licensed to sell energy in Pennsylvania. I was told if I cancelled my current contract and signed today with Liberty Power, they would cover any early termination fees and I would have a substantial savings every month.
I incurred a $1500.00 early termination fee, my monthly bill is now 600.00 using Liberty Power as my energy supplier and Liberty Power, dba UEA,unified energy alliance, says they are not responsible for early termination fee and my agreement with them is not cancelable.
