This man has called my cell number and work number leaving threatening messages that I owe money to United Cash services from an internet loan that i supposedly took, He would not tell me when or how much. He has called my phone at least 20 times and my job twice that i know of. He knew all my information, ie Social sercurity number, address, job. It is very scary that this can happen.

I am being extorted by United Cash Loans and Anderson Criminal Brown. I received a call today to my mobile since I didn't pick up they call my job. I pick up the rep stated that I need to be present at my home by 4pm today 08/25/14 to sign documents for my court apperance on Friday 08/29/2014. I ask for what and he stated on a legal mattter gave me a case number. I call back the number Spoke with Mark Lewis extension #207. He advise it was in regards to a payday loan taken out on September 2010. He gave me all my information SS#, Bank account #, address and personal information. I ask when was the loan taken out? where? what documents where presented? Id etc. He stated he had none of that information then I told him I would contact the company United Cash Loans and he said I can no longer get in touch with them at all. He then procedeed to give me the amount of the loan taken out and advise he can give me a seattlement to pay today of half of the original amount or else they will come to my job to present the paper work. I advise I didn't took out any loans and I was not even living at the address he provided. My home was purchase months later. I never had a need to take out a loan. I file my complaint with IC3.gov(FBI Federal Bureau Of Investigation for extorsion. There are several complaints similar to mines on this website for this same company.

On May 14, 2014, my husband tried to get a loan through United Cash Loans (UCL) as a way to consolidate some of our bills into one lower payment. He was approved for $7500, but had to show he could make the first month payment ($300) before he could receive the money, this had to be placed on a green dot card.

At the time that they were doing the transaction they were having computer problems due to a storm. They decided Moneygram would be better and for his trouble they would increase his loan to $8000. He told them that was fine, they proceeded to tell him that in order to send the money they needed $500 put on two green dot cards to cover 10% of the loan. I don't know why he didn't stop there but he was able to get $500 on one card and $450 on another, so UCL decided to go with Western Union because the fees are less expensive. Now all of this money is refundable upon receipt of the loan.

Well once the Western Union was processed they realized that it had to be split into three transactions, however they said that they could not activate the tracking numbers without $70 per number, my husband tried to cancel the process and get the money back, but they said it was too late and the money was tied up in Western Union. At this point he was transferred to a supervisor, who apologized and said that he will get the loan if he gave them the $210. The associate should have paid closer attention. And without the $210 there was nothing to do. So he went to get the card with the $210 on it and the cashier at HEB accidentally put $214.95 on the card. He included the $4.95 activation fee.

The cashier and the supervisor for the cashier said they could not void correct the mistake, but it shouldn't cause a problem. UCL said Western Union could not leave any money on the cards and they wrapped the $214.95 into the loan so now the total amount he was getting back was just over $9000, but he needed another $210 to do so. Not possible. They said there was nothing they could do for him. The money was wrapped up in Western Union they couldn't refund any of our money back, they transferred him to Western Union earlier and WU said that they could issue a check for our fees. But when he called WU on his own they had no record of the tracking numbers.

He called UCL back today (May 15, 2014) and they said there was no record because they cancelled them. They said they challenge him to try to get any of his money back, and that he could try to get a lawyer, but lawyers don't scare or worry them. My husband said he would file a complaint which could make it so soldiers can't utilize their services. The supervisor then stated that soldiers don't read the list that says they can't use them. My husband just got scammed out of his entire paycheck and there is nothing we can do. They wouldn't give my husband their address, but the phone number is a NY phone number.

On May 24, 2011 my wife and I took out a Pay Day Loan in the amount of $500 with the understanding that loan would be satisfied with $150 increments until the loans was paid off. However much to my surprise by September 30, 2011 we had paid a total of $955. It was at this point we decided to close our checking account because were unable to go online to access the United Cash Loan website. We also could not talk to anyone. If we had not closed our Bank account they would have total access to our checking account and money out of it when the wafnted to. After searching the internet we found a contact number and we were able to address the issue of if we had a balance. This company calls your place of employment even after a cease to phone calls was faxed and mailed to them, they also try and intimidate me when I ask the Representative to send me a itemized statement in writing. I was told I had $495 to pay after already paying $955 on a $500 Loan. We research this whole internet pay day loan companies and found out that as a consumer you have to know rights. A cease communication, and Dispute Debt along with facts about the Laws in our State.

These thieving people at united cash loans took 3 payments from me before I could receive my loan. They totaled 629$, and I was asked for another 186$ to receive the loan from money gram. However I did not send them the 186$ that mr. Alan walker had promised was "the last step to get my loan" I figured it was a scam and now see I was correct. I feel like a moron for allowing them to take me for that much $. I filed a report with western union my local police and a report on the FBI website. I will do anything and everything possible to help stop these people from scamming people who are looking for help out of a already tough situation. But it seems these people do what they do without anyone to answer to. I would like my money back which probably won't happen so if anyone can help stop them I would appreciate it. At the least I would love 10min alone with mr. Alan walker.
