I asked for a report proving that the bin was actually overweight and they refused to provide it but insisted that I pay them additional $270 on top of the $395 they charged me for the bin. When they came to pick up their 2nd bin they demanded that I pay an additional $120 at the time of pick up without them even taking the bin to the yard and getting actual weight at the CAT SCALE. If you refuse to pay because they are not giving you proof of overweight Andy threatens that he will not pick up the bin or dump the trash on your property or bring the bin and park it on your property. If you want to save yourself a lot of headache DO NOT do business with this company...
