They set me up with a machine..then afterwards i canceled within 2 days. Ive only done one process through this company since he set it up. Afterwards they tried to get me to stay and i refused. I was with a company the last 5 years and was happy with PNC bank. PNC bank was leasing me a machine for 10 dollars a month. United merchant processing wanted to charge me $30 a month for 4 years, or $575 for the machine. That is why I cancelled 2 days after machine was set up. United merchant called several times to stay with them, and i said no and sent the machine back. 14 days later they charged my account $1095 dollars with out permission. After calling them about the $1095 dollars they said it was cancelling and that I was in a 2 year contract. I never signed a contract, and why would they charge me $1095 dollars when I could have bought the machine for $575? When calling about the charge of $1095 dollars they said I signed a contract, so I told them fax or email it to me and I have never recieved it. I suggest anybody doing business be careful because they are very sneaky and rude.
