I went online to buy an unlock code for my phone. After a couple days I got an email stating they could not find the unlock code and that they would send my "details over the accounts team who will send you a refund. Although normally quicker please allow up to 7 days for the refund to get back into your account."
It has been two weeks and no refund. I have tried emailing the company multiple times without a response. I checked online afterwards and saw reviews from people who also got ripped off in the same way.
