I will keep this simple. My teenage son saved his money to buy his sick mother a puppy for Mother's day . He went online nd goggled the breed. came up with a breeder~ Lisa Benson another rip off artisit. She was listed on puppiesndogs.com. She contacted him with instructions. The shipping comapny contacted him~ he went and got a money gram !!! and sent it ~ NO DOG arrived two days later. His is a teenage boy in college who saved his food money . LISA BENSON ~ THIS comapnay EDWIN FOBAMSON are scam artist. After the poor kid had to come to me~ I have done my research and got this this point. PUUPIESNGOGS.COM may be a scam . This lisa bnson is on there right now selling a bulldog. I tried to email her but she wont email back. Tried the comapny no answer ! so no dog no answer~ and my sweet son is out $500.00. terrible people. I will never see ths ~ I just hope this can come to a stop and bring theses people to jail to use puppies and use a teenage his money he skipped meals for shame on them.

My husband and I found a teacup Pomeranian on oodle.com. I contacted the seller (Jeff Molly,[email protected] Colorado Springs, CO) asking the process. His exact words were just a total of $400. Once paying the $400 via REloadit cash cards we were contacted by the company from Uship.com. The first email stated we need to pay $1,225 for carrier and vaccines. This was weird in itself because the dog was up-to-date on its vaccines. Between the seller and myself we have paid $1,625. All was set and a delivery confirmation was received. Come 5:00 eastern standard time, I received an additional email from another address requesting additional money for pet insurance of $450. This has gone on for three days with a request for money. I received a threat to pay or be charged with animal abuse and abandonment. I feel we have been scammed. I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown because I have never witnessed anything like this in my life.

uShip Inc is also doing business on UShip as "FirstClassShipping" USDOT 2269609 Seems to be a broker. Nothing classy about this place, actually a criminal enterprise disguised as a shipping company. Consider yourself warned folks.

We had an LTL shipment sent from across the country through uShip, clearly describing the destination as 'residential'. Two months after the shipment was made, they fraudulently charged our credit card an additional $500 for a 'residential shipment' they claim was NOT described on the uShip site. This added charge was greater than the original shipping expense. We managed to get ahold of 'Chris' at 847-485-3890 in Palatine, IL to discuss. He claims there was an accounting department that needed to respond and I must send an email to register the complaint. Judging on the size of this place in what seems like an empty building at 117 E. Palatine, I doubt seriously that their 'accounting department' is anything more than a bootleg copy of QuickBooks and a really active credit card terminal.

uShip was reasonably helpful and apparently started a line of communication with this thief, and recommended calling the bank immediately to dispute the charge, which we did with our bank's fruad department. uShip confirmed that the post did indeed have 'residential' clearly described. uShip acted as intermediary and reached out to Jeff via email requesting response:

"Hi,

I am reaching out today on behalf of your Shipping Customer Harold S. for shipment 1-Pallet/670067407/. I was told by the Shipping Customer that you have processed payment in addition to the agreed upon price. He stated that your reasoning for this is that it was delivered to a Residence but you did not see that on the listing, even though the listing does clearly state this. I am hoping to hear back from you about this situation.

Your prompt response is appreciated.

This provider has not responded whatsoever to us, or to uShip - which is the equivalent of a fraudulent seller not responding to eBay. Apparently uShip doesn't have the power, authority or controls in place to regulate their providers and ensure, as much as possible, acceptable service. Its still the Wild West on uShip !!

Somehow Aldin Inc. / First Class Shipping has grown to be huge on uShip, by apparently being the low bid and seemingly pulling a bait and switch after the deal is cut.

If you must do business on uShip, definitely DO NOT pay the provider directly, instead use the escrow service which protects buyers and sellers just like PayPal. And, by all means, DO NOT do business with Aldin Inc. / First Class Shipping.
