I had a bad experience recently with I company I came to know online through a popular search engine that I would not want mention here. It happened that I was searching for a company online that can do some landscaping and lawn work for on my newly developed property that I am planning to move into soon. After searching for some time, I found a lot of companies that claimed that can offer the services I was looking for on their website. I took my time and went through a few of them that were located in Honolulu, and to be more précised the ones located in Waikiki, Honolulu. I found a couple of them, and after going through the information contained on their websites, I decided to settle for one of them that is located in Waikiki called “Vacation Breeze Lawn Service” which I felt is capable of rendering the kind of service for the task I wanted executed.
After all this preliminary research, I placed a call to the phone number I found on their website. One of their staff spoke with me on the phone, after I have confirmed I was on to vacation breeze, I told him what I needed them to do for me. He asked for my location and address which I gave him and he promised to send down one of their staff to carry out an evaluation of the task so that they would let me know the financial implication of the project. After the staff that was send came over to my place, I showed him what needed to me done and he told me the financial implication which I accepted and we signed the papers for the project to commence immediately.
My first point of concern came when after a wee of making payment for the project to commence they were yet to come to site and commence work, after placing several calls to them, they kept telling me all their staff are busy with other projects at the moment and that they would start my project as soon as they have some staff that were free. I told them the contract I signed with them was for them to commence work immediately and they never complained to me that there is no staff on ground to commence the project immediately. After over four weeks of excuses I realized I have been scammed by the company called vacation breeze lawn service located in Waikiki, Honolulu. My next line of action would be to invite the police into the matter so that I can recover my money if it would be possible.
I am using this as a medium to warn other unsuspecting members of the public to be careful with the company called Vacation Breeze Lawn Service, located in Waikiki, Honolulu. From all indications it appears to be a scam.
