The merchant charged $1450 on September 4, 2014 for the service period of one year from the time of the purchase. I attempted to book a vacation on five separated occasions on DTH MU’s website and over the phone. In addition, I have yet to receive any benefit or service.
December 5, 2015 I am unable to use service at the promised prices. I spoke to a representative, I was unable to get an answer to my inability to get a vacation. Agent’s response was silence.
January 24th, 2015 I am unable to book a vacation at the promised priced on DTH MU website.
February 7th, 2015 I do not see a vacation at the promised prices on DTH MU’s website. At this point, I’m suspecting that I’ve been SCAMMED. I am naively hopeful that something will come up since I have a year to book a vacationMarch 14th, I visit DTH MU’s website without seeing a vacation that I can book at the promised prices.
March 15th, I called DTH MU, aka vacationprivileges.com. I received prices over the phone for a vacation, and DTH MU prices exceeded a simple online search. There is no value or benefit on DTH MU website. The service and representative is a scam.
