Jay Bristol shows favoritism towards certain renters! Example:
If you don't have to pay 30 dollars extra for your dog and nothing is fixed and you been asking for a year for it to be fixed and your unit is infested with mice and insects and there is holes behind the kitchen counters and you call the proper resources for them to force them to fix it! He will go back on his word and force you to pay 30 dollars extra that he previous said not to worry about!
He also lets people have more than one dog but he will not let others he doesn't like have any more dogs if they want another one! Poor lighting in the parking lots and around the valley run complexes! Jay Bristol is a worthless low life person people! Please do not rent from this guy avoid Valley Run Apts.
