I have not seen one piece of mail from them about any gift card and no gas Voucher !! my bank account has a negative balance now due to them charging my account without my permission! this is a rip off and a complete lie !! i have been trying to contact them via email and also by phone i have been put on hold for endless amount of time and nobody returns my emails or phone calls,......please please PLEASE help me with how to get my money back and to stop them from continually charging my account?!!
I was told that i would only be charged $4.95 for a 14 day free trail membership and that the $4.95 was for the shipping fee of a $100 gift card from Wal-Mart and for a $40 gas voucher that would be mailed to me within 5-7 days. I never recieved my gift card or my gas Voucher or any information as to regards of their membership program to me. it has been now 1 month since i aggreed to this $4.95 charge and i woke up this morning and found out that Valu-Pass has now charged my bank account for $24.95 with out me knowing or my permission!! im on an extremlyt tight budget right now and now my bank account is at a negative balance! i have recieved nothing from them,.....i have sent several emails trying to contact them i have tried calling them several times and nobody from their company has returned my eamails or calls! please help me !! how can i get my money back and how can I get my debit card off of their system?!
This company has made broken promises they have taken money out of my account without my knowledge nor did I give them permission. They promised to seno a Walmart gift card for $100 dollars within 14 days of me making a onetime payment of $4.95. I have not re anything from them. They continue to take money out my account without my knowledg. They never answer their customer care phones not do they respons to emails. I would like to know how I can get my money back if possible. They have you recorded while getting all of your information and they use that to take all of your money without you knowing or giving consent to it.

Was given a card in the mail stating that they were trying to reach me about a unclaimed walmart reward . i called and was transferd to someone that sold me a bill of goods that they were not to bill me for and that i had 14 days to review and cancel if i was not satisafied i never recieved anything by mail to review and did not find out about the charges till i went to make a deposit in my acct and found out that i was over drawn and had not used my card . i cancelled my card right then and spoke to someone at the bank and they tryed to find out wat it was for and nothing came up but a fraud number to call . pls stop these people from doing this to someone else if they hit 12 people like they did me and got the money they got paid well for for thier scam for one day.
