Prepaid for the game on line. Big day finally arrives. Go on line to try and get up and running and unable to get anything to happen. Valve and associated company 2k or Steam neither have a way to reach a real person to solve your issues.
Complete lack of acceptable customer service. Already called credit card company and disputed the $49.99 charge.

Steampowered valve would not stop taking money out my my debit account each day even if i was on the ystill did. this place is a total rip off and i had to have my bank block the company. now they are working on gettin 500$ back. i only played the game 2 time but in 3 week they took 500$. stay away from this sitew at all cost or it will cost you. they have no phone number to call and complain, so figure. they never answered 10 support request either.
