I have a vacation home in Delray Beach and a service contract with Vans One Hour Air Conditioning. I recently needed a service call and my elderly mother in law helped me out by letting them in the house. They fixed two parts and charged me $548 for parts that cost $40. Then they shook my mother in law down for the cash or check to pay for it instead of billing me.
This company took advantage of an out of town owner and an elderly person all at once. $548 later, when I confronted The company about this outrageous price, they did nothing about it.
Buyer beware. Ripping off the elderly, dispicable!
