Varick Design never takes responsiblity for their errors, late delivery, miscommunications, lack of customer service skills or their failure to listen to the customer. The actors at Varick Design to include Chico Woo and John Woo are always right and you and I the customer are always wrong. The CEO acts as if he is too busy to come to the phone, and uses his nephew as the guard dog and water boy. They refused to refund money but charge you like the mobb, "If you don't agree to the price of $500 today, it will be $1200 in two days for the same project!"
This is ridiculous and very unprofessional and it's one of the oldest tricks in the book that they use to manipulate customers. And after you call them on their gameship and request that your files be given to you, they in turn make it really hard to get the files you just paid thousands of dollars for. One way in and no way out. All of the business management principals of satisfying the customer all go out the window when dealing with Varick Design. I have never dealth with a company who after 4 years of business has no respect for the customer or even 4 years of loyalty. They know not what loyalty is and their only concern is about themselves and getting paid.
