This post sounds like you have a vendetta against this guy. Why would you post personal information about someone because they simply missed an appointment? Even if he did miss the appointment, aren't we all humans who make mistakes sometimes? Missing an appointment does not deserve a negative write up like this. You are messing with this man's career and livelihood. If this is a true and a legitimate post, the least you could do is post your name so that he can reach out and apologize.
