The people who work at the Vine Vera kiosk are very pushy and shady people. I was there on Friday, June 13th and got harassed and pushed into buying over $700 of their products. There were two transactions, the first one they had me sign on their computer so I didn't see the receipt at all. The second transaction, they had folded the receipt so only the signature section was displayed. He then pushed me to another kiosk Lionnesse, I think it was. After 10 minutes of me saying no I finally got out of there and to a place I could sit down. I pulled out the receipts and was so angry to see "No refunds" on the bottom of the receipt that they had hidden from me. I walked back to the kiosk to return everything but the person there said he couldn't do anything and that the "owner" wouldn't be back for a long time. Months have gone by, I've dealt with the main company's customer service, my credit card company, and the bbb.

7-11-14 I went to the Billings Montana Rimrock Mall to return the products from Vine Vera. Javoni used this tactic to convince me to buy the product: I was told by Javoni the salesman that 'it had a 90day guarentee on the product for a full refund'. If it didn't work as they said it would to simply return it. While at the mall the young sales woman said 'Javonie doesn't work here any more...there are not returns on used products'. I did inform her of the above statement made my Javoni and showed her my reciepts with the written 90 day guarentee on it. She called the 'manager' who said 'who would take back used product...it is just not done...it would be money out of my pocket'. I told him 'since he was a foreigner that he may not know that its done routinely in this country especially if one backs their company and employees' I did report them to the Rimrock Mall management also. I had been told by another vender, there has been many complaints given against Vine Vera. There were NO signs posted that all sales would be final. The management at the mall was to walk down and verify this on 7-11-14. They are to get back to me on monday 7-13-14 re this issue.

This product does not work as the demo product did. So I am not sure if they use a different lesser product that does do as they say and then sell a cheaper version or what. But it does NOT work. Do not be fooled by these kinds of venders as I was!

This company is a total scam. Offer you a sample then grab your arm and take you over to their kiosk. Start talking really fast in thick Israeli accent (all staff at kiosks are Israeli's on a Visas-promised big money off stupid American women for Mazal Enterprises). Can barely understand. Before you know it you have somone applying magic creams and told "this is the same as botox and lasts 24 months". You can say "no" but they will continue and continue until they get the sale. I'm not a confrontational person and when I said "no" and the guy started yelling at me I started to panic. I don't want a scene. Never give your credit card or debit card. They hide the no return at the bottom of one receipt that is folded up. Like a magic trick, they tell you to "look at the transaction number at the top because you will need it". If you think you can take it back, think again. No returns. Lots of lies and promises though. This is a deceptive company that after researching has gone by many names and products. These kiosks are popping up in different cities and malls. If someone walks up to you with a sample and tries to grab your arm, run fast. The products start at $1500 and they will add on if you pay the $1500. They will negotiate down but not let you leave.

BEWARE OF VINE VERA

I too have tried to cancel a sale before shipment(which on the pink slip for shipping) reads; can not be cancelled after shipment. However when you email the address on your receipts (and they say that is the only way you can cancel the sale) it defaults to mazalent which is the mfr who replies they can not help you. They then inform your seller that they received an email. Then the seller can say they never received the cancellation. This is so deceitful & I can not understand why no one will help uncover this scam! All products come with NO DIRECTIONS - again when you try to email them for the directions of use it goes to the default mazalent who then informs your seller to contact you. Now they keep federal expressing me the products & I keep refusing shipment! If you have a good product you do not have a no returns policy nor do you use such deceitful practices nor do you need to! BEWARE OF VINE VERA!

My wife and I were in Harrah's Hotel in Las Vegas and were given a piece of chocolate candy and ask to review some wrinkle cosmetics. We were introduced to a very outgoing young lady who was easy to converse with. My wife has been having some eye problems and had bags under her eyes. The representative quickly demenstrated their Shiraz Syringe product and we were amazed that within 15 minutes there was a dramatic reduction and she looked much better. My wife said she could feel her skin tighten. We were told that it was powerful stuff and only had to be applied once each week. We were then presented with a package of products (Shiraz Syrinbe, Eye Serum & Mositurizer) at 74.4% off list. The makup the representative applied lasted quite well until the next day but certainly wouldn't last for a week. We left town early the next day so when my wife applied the product later the next day she immediately said this doesn't feel the same. Sure enough we don't think we got the product demonstated as it only lasted for about 3 hours. If appears that we were part of a bait & switch sceam. I have called the number listed on the sales receipt and was told that we have to use the product longer. If it only lasts a few hours using in longer will serve no purpose. When I suggested that we were victums of a bait & switch she asked for the Invoice # and she would check to see if there was a difference. So far we have not heard back so we will call again. Please beware that this product is an overpriced rip off.

Vine Vera

AVOID VINE VERA SALESPEOPLE AT ALL COSTS. SHUN THEM IF YOU HAVE TO. this people are assholes and do not deserve to be treated nicely. i don't care if they're some handsome guy or pretty woman with an accent, they're filthy liars.

i was with my mom in the mall last weekend when this woman with a strange accent began nagging us about her product. we've been ripped off by mall kiosks once before, so we knew to be skeptical. however, this woman had to have been one of the most obnoxious, pushy salespeople i have ever encountered. she used the "peel" (which i strongly believe to be snake oil), on the back of my mom's hand. i wouldn't be surprised if this shit was just elmer's glue. when we had our doubts, she actually began insulting my looks, saying that i had very obvious acne. my mom agreed to buy it, figuring that since proactiv had kiosks in the mall that this was legit. i immediately felt bad for not stopping her, and i feel even worse now that i've read all the reviews of this thing.

what irks me especially about this is that we can't afford to be throwing forty bucks down the drain. we have fucking bills to pay. "no refunds", huh? i wonder what they'll have to say when i have an "allergic reaction" to this. fuckers.

I went up to whistler for a few days visit. my third day in whistler, i was walking from greyhound bus station going to library i past vine vera store and the guy is handing me a vine vera cream sample free and he said can i show you something then i said sure...i get in the storeand he is introducing me the product and telling me the effect. He said vine vera is the most effective thats why its expensive. And he said he will give me discount and i recommend my friends to him. While giving me the night and day cream he is adding more product like the cleansing and toner because i need to use the cleansing before applying the cream and he is giving me 50percent discount Because i am a nice lady. He told me not to tell to my friends the discount he gave me because this time he wrote the product under his name just for me to avail his discount After paying he gave me another product ( peeling) and he will give me 70percent discount for this because he want me to come back after to him after 1wk with a nice skin face. when i receive the receipt i found out that the price of the product and the discount he gave me was not printed in the receipt. I ask him why? And he saidbecause i gave you the discount in whole and that is the total outcome of all the product. after leaving the store in a minute, it came to my mind that i dont like peeling esp on summer time so i went back to return but he said no return. When he sale the product he fail to tell you that there is no return..... So he change with daycream. But before he change with the cream he said i need to talk to my manager. And he dial his phone but it is a lie because at the end he said he is the manager.

The night i am home i use the cleanser, in few second my face become red and i feel hot on my face. The following day i went back and tell him the reaction. So he change to day cream. The following day. I use the day cream , same reaction with the cleanser. I wash my face with cold water as i cannot tolerate. At night i try the night cream but its also the same. Then i text the guy but he never reply. So i head back to whistler but he is not in the store . I stay overnight just to meet him the next day as the other guy told me he will be back tomorrow.

The next day i meet him in the store. I'm making a deal with him because he said he is losing money on the product he sale. "its a lie business people dont want to sale while losing money but to make money". My deal with him is to sale the product to him in half. I paid 403Dollar and i am asking him 300 or 200 dollar and give the product to him. But he said he already have the product . I gave him another option if i could sale the product to the lady working with him in low price but he said no because she had already. And he gave me an option to exchange all the product i have on hand with a facial mask. And he ask for my receipt telling me that my receipt is only 403 dollar in fact the facial mask cost 1500 dollar. And i can use this for 18 moths same as the cream because only using tiny bit so i get big saving. I sadi how about if i give you this product for free as your gift. And he is excited.......

Oh before i forgot he even told me i will get free facial treatment. He choose to put up the store in whistler because he knows that whistler is a place for local and foreign people wherein after hey buy the product and leave the place its too far for them to go back for any complaints or any favor as the manager told me he is wasting time standing with me negogiating for nothing Without making money.

Don't just walk away from this store but run away. They don't care your side as a customer but they care the money they're taking from you. He is using sweet words to sale his product in once but not getting a regular customer.

I believe he has no sale thats why he is doing that strategies. A piece of chocolate is nothing. Better go to dermatologist than this company as people have different types of skin.

I felt very pressured by these people. The price started out very high and ended up some what low. But still over priced. They wouldn't let you walk off unless you bought something. I regret buying the product and I'm out a lot of money that I didn't really have.but I will not buy from them again. It's very over priced and I can't even use it. It's not good for my face.

Total scam

This is a total scam - if you see these people in the mall run right by, be as rude as you need to be. They started by handing me a little sample packet. I normally refuse and don't stop, but the way she called out I thought I dropped something so I turned around. Then I was caught and it was too late. I tried every excuse I could think of, and could not get away. You'll just have to be rude and walk away mid-sentence.

The peel she tried on my arm actually did make it look nicer at the store, but I still didn't want to buy it. She assured me it would clear up the small patch of rosacea I had on my cheek, "your face is a business card." I kept refusing and trying to leave but finally had to buy it just to get away. The price went from $199 to $40, but it was still too much. I tried it once on my face and not only did the rosacea go from light pink to really bright red, I broke out horribly. I had an enormous patch of pimples that couldn't be covered by anything. Face is a business card, indeed. I don't think it really improved the look of the rest of my face, but it was hard to see anything past the glaring red zits. They don't allow returns, so now I'm out $40 that I didn't even want to spend in the first place. I'm annoyed with myself, but I really detest salespeople like that.

Very expensive products, they don't give samples to try at home their expensive products, I bought the eye serum for $350 and they said it will last for two years but I finished it after 6 months, they didn't agree to refill the serum

I went to the mall and was stopped by a representative who specifically targeted me because I had a few pimples. He based this product on acne resolutions and it turns out it may prevent acne, but it's main purpose is for aging. I am 19 turning 20 years old. I took "selfies" before I went to the mall. My face was good. I now have pictures of my face completely destroyed, irritated and breakouts with so many blackheads and pimples I can't even count. The only place on my face that does not have acne on it is my nose. I also was not aware of the "no return policy" until after the transaction was done. the man told me that the ingredients are all natural and come from grape peelings. When I used the peeling cream, it stuck to the small baby hairs on my face for a few days. I am livid and my face is completely ruined. These people are scammers and schemers. I emailed them and I am awaiting a response but I don't think it'll be too effective especially seeing the other reports of the other people who've had the same experience. these people should be out of business, this is just foul, and I didn't expect to pay $160.00 on a product that would demolish my face. I stay inside because my self esteem is so low that I don't want to be seen by others. It's ridiculous.

Complete rip off. The sales people are pushy and lie to get the sale. Then when you come back to ask about the term of sale that they had agreed to they tell you that their company will believe them and that they never said that.

They don't have a customer service, huge red flag. I mean i guess they have someone who responds to emails but its far fro m customer service. I have never been talked to and disrespected as a consumer.

Do not buy from this company. It is over priced and there are many reports like mine. They will force you into buying with false promises, unlimited refill...oh no I never said that and If I did it's your word against mine. Really?

My husband and I recently took a trip to Las Vegas and came across the Vine Vera booth in the mall. Of course we were given a free sample and as we were in no hurry to be anywhere, we both sat for the amazing transformation demonstration. The Promoter and his assistant quickly established rapport with my husband, even exchanging phone numbers and adding one another as Facebook friends.

After purchasing the Chiani Collection, Merlot Collection, and the Pinot Nori Collection along with the "free" gifts of hand soap, lotion, and salt scrub I was sure I was going to be in heaven looking younger in no time. Our Promoter assured us the instructions would be in one of the bags. He was so friendly, I had no reason to doubt him.

After coming home and unpacking my treasures, I did not find the instructions as to when to use what when. No problem. I went online to find the instructions. After printing out the instructions for my purchases, I found that at least one product was missing from each collection, two from the Merlot collection.

I asked my husband to go through all the product with me to verify I was correct. He text messaged one of the representatives asking if this was an oversight. The response he received was that he was texting the wrong person but he would get the information to the Promoter. We have not heard back from either.

I have not used the product long enough to leave a "wow" comment on how it has changed my life. I am hoping that the products we did bring home will be worth the thousands we did spend. I am more concerned with not receiving a response and missing products. It feels like what started out to be a good experience quickly turned into a "bait and switch" and as there are No Refunds, I have no option other than to use what I have and warn others to check their bags carefully before they leave.

Be very aware when a salesperson starts their jibber jabber. . .and starts applying products on your face. This is a super sales job aimed at , hate to say it, the customers vanity and desire to " get rid of this wrinkles" without plastic surgery or fillers, et al. At no time did the salesman talk price until I asked point blank cost of products. I left half way thru, could see thru this pretty quick. Hey, I earned my wrinkles, why try to hide them!

Two young women tag teamed false claims of vine Vera beauty products in kiosk in mall in Santa barbarba. Eye cream guaranteed to take out wrinkles in day's supply was enough for two years. Also sold neck cream and thru in a couple of other creams for $600. Stay away from this kiosk and mall should throw them out. Located right outside of front door to Nordstrums and gives it a bad name.
