Vinesse Wine Club sells less than appealing wines. I am even satisfied with a Apothic, Menage Trois, 14 Hands, etc., and Vinesse Wines did not even compare to any of those $8-12 bottles of wine. Worse than their wines though is their supposed 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. It is a lie. If you do not like their wines you must pay to ship them back yourself. A box of wine, 12 bottles, is 37lbs. You must have UPS come pick it up, as in most states a consumer can't ship alcohol, to the tune of a $10 pick-up fee and a $60 shipping charge. Vinesse is willing to give you the wine for 1/2 off the $165 that they charged so that you will keep it. Therefore, they have you wondering...should you pay $70 to take out the trash? Or $82.50 to keep it?? It's a joke! Don't fall for any mileage promotions or initial inexpensive trials. You will absolutely not be satisfied! They do nothing to ensure no bad publicity. There is no way to contact them via email nor cancel you membership or change even the frequency of delivery online. It all must be done during their PT business hours. If you are on Eastern time, work, or have any other deterrents it will truly be your loss!
