Virginia Employment Commission Reviews

VEC IS DISHONEST, SECRETIVE AND MISINFORMING.

THE Virginia employment commission employed a bureaucrat named April S. Martinez from unknown until 2006 - 2008. As reported before under April S. Martinez, April S. Martinez was a liar, harasser, telephoned me and wasted my valuable time and cost me potential clients. When I turned her in to her employer, the VEC, a rep told me that she was not in the system. I wrote the commissioner detailing all the violations, after 3-4 weeks, I received a curt reply that only said April Martinez was no longer with the VEC. The commissioner did not detail if there was an investigation; if her calls were monitored, nor whether she was fired or permitted to leave without sick pay, vacation pay or severance pay. My person was violated as April S. Martinez, on I the taxpayer's funds, called me and wasted my time. It was not long that I discovered this was not a business call. My money was used to call me on a govt phone without authorization from her supervisors. I have never received any satisfaction as to any investigation, the findings and whether she was using a govt phone to contact other men. April S. Martinez later called me 15 times, tying up my business phone and preventing clients and potential clients from contacting me! I was denied details and never told whether she was disciplined or terminated and whether they noted her actions when other potential employers contacted the vec.

The reports on the vec are accurate. The vec is an evil, secretive organization that does not serve the public they purport to serve.
