Visio Financial Service is a scam. I was told by an executive representative that all I needed to get a loan is base on my investment property and not base on my credit check and my income . The representative told me that if I want the process of the loan to go faster I can pay a fee of $199; which I was told that it will be refunded once I get the loan, he never stated to me that if I don't get the loan my $199 fee won't be refunded back! I am outrage!
