The ladies here working for vitabyte as quite charming and reliable prior to making the sales... of course after money is taken the tone changes. The owner is a complete joke and takes orders that he can not put out or handle. The customer service is non existent and owner never apologizes or attempts to fix things. Their 24/7 support consists of one staff that he pays when someone call and yet are not even knowledgeable. The owner George is very rude and has quite the opposite character of what a business owner should be. When they give you a date or timeline... do not count on it or you will be quite disappointed. Their is maybe 3 people working their so everyone is spread very thin... I guess thats where profit comes in right? who cares about service once I already collected. Anyways, stay far away from vitabyte or don't say you never been warned.
I went there for an interview today. I come from the background of credit card processing. I would like to be the person to turn this company around and make it reputable as not what I have from seen from the negative responses. If there is a person that can do it and make it happen it can be me. I would need to know how the infrastructure is run and tweak it to make it better where all parties are satisfied. The 5 stars are for me as I can be the person who can do it.
